So far it has been easy to use without any hassle. Designing them is quite straight forward and self explanatory. Pros Able to get 100 submissions for free per month and forms are easy to design. Cons Once you reach your limit, forms are suspended till the next calendar month which is not great if you have people applying for a job waiting to hear from you. Pros This tool is very user friendly. I can create forms easily and link them to where I need to. I am able to upload my logo and can edit the form once it is created. There are a lot of customization options. I never run into any problems using this product. Cons I only create simply forms so I do not know how it would handle more complex forms. We are a customer service organization and the forms we create help us to provide better customer service and assess our own strengths and weaknesses. Pros The Jotform tools and formats are completely intuitive and easy to use from creating forms, personalizing formats, adding pictures and logos, editing content, receiving and reviewing submissions. If I ever have a question or difficulty creating and editing a document, the tutorials answer most questions and Live Chat is extremely helpful. Cons We have used Jotform for many years. If I have ever noticed a weakness, I usually receive notice of upgrades or new opportunities with Jotform. I like getting notification when a form has been completed. Pros I like being able to send clients forms that they can digitally sign. I am able to create a form quickly. Cons I have experienced one con with Jotform and that is I need to continue paying for file space in order to keep existing documents. Reason for choosing Jotform I chose Jotform over purchasing writable PDF and other software due to Jotform being easy to navigate. Pros The style customizability, you can create a piece of art that will have any user perplexed while sharing their information and the UX on their platform is unique Cons I did not like the inability to run deep analytics and the inability to integrate with other tools was also hindering. Reason for choosing Jotform I actully decided to shelve Jotform, at least for the time being as it was not serving our direct purpose, but it is by no means a bad tool. I like the way the information collected is emailed to us, and available on the dashboard. Takes some set-up time, and so we often delete old responses in order to re-use forms. Pros Drag-and-drop method is great for new employees and experienced. Easily able to tailor forms to exactly what we need. All results are emailed in a thread, which makes it easy to print or copy to other locations. Cons Max number of responses limits the number of employees who can use the set-up at one time. Also, max number of categories means we often have to create more than one form. There have been times I wish I could reference data so it can be always up to date, rather than having to remember to update selection lists. Cons I wish jotform had more design options, that is the one thing that feels limited to me. But we did not get time to do a knowledge transfer as the other assistant would take care of all jotform meetings. One day when she was not in, an urgent task arose and I had to handle it. It was a very simple task and I could easily take care of it due to the easy to use user interface. There was no tutorial required as this app is super simple to understand. I love the concept of this app! Pros This is the best product I have seen that allows you to schedule meetings and get RSVP notifications. The thing I like the most it is very easy to use and provides you with options to customize the form the way you like it while maintaining professionalism. Cons I like everything that this software provides. I have not come across any such thing yet that I would dislike. The large amount of options and the ability to customize each item was very useful in making exactly what I want. I was able to set up exactly what I had envisions when I couldn't in other programs. Cons Honestly, the thing I liked the least about it was solved when I realized there was an option that I did not enable. After enabling it, I have no complaints. People can fill out the form with a given link and all the info is saved right in Jotform. We can filter results and it is easy to understand.
