Pros That you can do anything from a image upload to creating a "what if" formula, and it's all in the same spot. I believe we used it for a long period of time for free. Cons I wish jotform had more design options, that is the one thing that feels limited to me. Student Higher Education Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Best product to schedule meetings" November 6, 2019 5.0 My manager wanted me to learn jotform so that I could schedule meetings for future. But we did not get time to do a knowledge transfer as the other assistant would take care of all jotform meetings. One day when she was not in, an urgent task arose and I had to handle it. It was a very simple task and I could easily take care of it due to the easy to use user interface. There was no tutorial required as this app is super simple to understand. I love the concept of this app! Pros This is the best product I have seen that allows you to schedule meetings and get RSVP notifications. The thing I like the most it is very easy to use and provides you with options to customize the form the way you like it while maintaining professionalism. Cons I like everything that this software provides. I have not come across any such thing yet that I would dislike. The large amount of options and the ability to customize each item was very useful in making exactly what I want. I was able to set up exactly what I had envisions when I couldn't in other programs. Cons Honestly, the thing I liked the least about it was solved when I realized there was an option that I did not enable. After enabling it, I have no complaints. May 17, 2020 5.0 Overall, JotForm is super useful and I'm glad that I made an account and decided to use it. Pros I use JotForm for customers to submit service request and reviews. It's super easy to use and setup. They have many features and options for customization. You don't necessarily need to get a paid version to get the benefits of the website; however, you can also gain more access by getting a paid plan. Cons I don't like how it sometimes looks dated but that is not a deal breaker. Also some of the better features do require payment or sometimes they stop working causing customer service. I like how fast I can add, modify or remove questions depending on my needs. You can also clone other forms you previously created and just edit it so that it can meet the demands of the new event or office program you are planning. Pros What I like the most about JotForm is that it made it easy for us to create office-wide surveys. Before, we were using google forms and it is a pain in the neck because it has a lot of runabouts for you to create a simple survey. It made it possible for us to create extensive surveys for less than 10 minutes which is cool because in other survey platforms, it will consume a good 30 minutes of your life creating those simple survey forms. Good thing as well is that you can easily export the survey answers to a simple CSV file or Excel file so that it will be easier for people to data crunch the answers. Cons I don't have anything to least like about JotForm, perhaps I miss the 2017 version because the 2018 is a lot more complicate but still easier than other survey platforms out there! The form even creates an alpha-numeric five-character code which users write on their package. We then cross-reference that code in our system and input the shipping information into our software. This has revolutionized our shipping process and eliminated a paper form. Pros The ability to easily create web forms that capture the data that I need and integrate into both internal and external sites. The forms themselves are very easy to customize and drop things in and out at the click of a mouse. Cons After having used them for several years, I honestly cannot think of anything that I don't like about using them!
