I always turn to it first even though we are suing Google for most everything. I like jotform better than Google forms. Pros I love making forms and knowing that it will help us do our work. The fact I have been able to use the HubSpot integration was a big plus for our company. Pros \-UX and UI of the form builder are amazing. -Able to implement form logic is really effective. -Being able to sync data back to other platforms is incredible. Cons \-Would have been nice if we could inject queries into the form field. -Design feature is a bit hard to use. Graphic Designer Graphic Design Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Breaks Constantly" June 8, 2020 1.0 Pros It does allow you to create forms that are attached to PDFs Cons Many of the fields it created needed to be deleted because they were incorrect. When trying to fix them it took forever to delete. At one point, I created a table with check marks and then it would auto-create 30+ fields that were on different pages and overlapping and I had to manually go through and delete them. While trying to delete them, it started deleting other fields that had nothing to do with the table, I could not delete all of the auto-created fields. This was after HOURS of trying to set up a very long medical form, so I was beyond frustrated. I tried refreshing multiple times but it still wasn't working properly. Basically, once you have a lot of fields, it starts to lag and crash. Many times when trying to click on something it would select something else. I am a web designer and have used numerous programs, plugins, software over the years, and this is the most annoying thing I have ever needed to deal with. Pros is easy to set up and use. It has been a very helpful tool for setting up surveys and forms for our association. Being able to collect survey results through a form instead of manually collecting them has saved us lots of time. Cons Sometimes login or accessing a certain shared form has been difficult. Pros I really like it because I can create many essential modules for my business.Thanks to the numerous templates divided into each category I can create interesting, useful forms for my pages in just a few minutes.They offer a basic free plan for those starting out, but once the business takes off they move on to paid plans with reasonable costs.There are many integrations, starting from mailchimp to zoom, paypal, google calendar.They have great support and everything is explained in a well organized and simple way.
