I get it! Pros is very complete and has lots of features. The builder is user friendly and it integrates well in any website. You had many options and it was really easy and dinamic to use as administrator and as the one that answers Cons The plans to be payed were not that clear of what it included. I have never had any problems doing this, and it is very easy for me to use. I usually embed their forms into my website and it is pretty much seamless. Jotform is also able to be set up to e-mail the attendees with the information that they sent to me, saving me an extra step! It took them over 2 months to figure out why I kept receiving an error and I was a gold level customer. Pros The free trial made the software seem appealing, however only the gold level and up allow for HIPAA compliance. Cons HIPAA compliance felt like a bait-and-switch in terms of cost. Pros seems to have everything I need for creating registration forms and contracts for my business. The apps to integrate other softwares is really handy and I love the fact I can send all submissions to my Google Drive! Customer Service is also really friendly, supportive and able to solve my issues straight away. Cons I would say it's on the most part user friendly, I can't think of anything that needs improving but I appreciate when I get the emails telling me what is new with the software. There were advantages and disadvantages. Overall it was just ok. Pros I've useJotform as part of a team sending in forms for each new case. The way the forms were organized and the ease with which I can see the earlier forms is really good. Cons I found the UI to be less than intuitive. I also found myself unable to connect to our database while logged in, with no seeming solution. But according to other reviews, CS can definitely improve. Pros I love how customizable it is and how many options you have to choose from. I also really like the detailed analysis that they have in the reports you can view. You can get 100 submissions/month to your form for free before you need to upgrade. The best recent change is the ability to save PDF versions of completed forms, which I like a lot! Cons There are complaints about it being an unreliable tool to process payments, and about the poor CS. While experiencing none of that myself, it's worth taking a look into.
