Pros Easy to open and use, gotten great results with completing documents for clients and using the signature features. Opportunity to get a PDF after completing. Cons Found edits were hard to do, but I eventually figured out the best way for me to use it as needed. A bit pricy for limited use but for using it a lot its a great system. Pros The ease of use with pay pal and payment integration systems. The only way to do quick and easy forms for payment. Cons The cost is high if you are only using it for a handful of forms. It would be great to have a cheap $5 option for one form with under 10 entered a month. Previously we were using paper based forms which meant our admin team was double and triple handling data. With Jotform, the data will be electronic which cuts at least 1 lot of handling out of the process and is slowly allowing us to cut out all double handling in the process. Pros Many features that allow you to collect the data that you need for your business operations. Cons The output of the data could be more flexible or allow for more customisation to fit into business systems that have already been implemented. For example you can integrate with Google Sheets but cannot tell Google Sheets where to put the data that you have collected. Cons The only issue I have found with the software is the customer support, though it is 24/7 it can be pretty confusing to find the answers you are looking for. Lots of little bits of information that we need for each event, and the made collection a breeze! Pros Forms are simple and intuitive to set up. The conditional logic was able to perform exactly as needed, providing a customized experience for those filling out the forms, without a bunch of unnecessary clutter. I love the look and customization ability of emails -- both the submission alerts sent to the administrator and confirmations sent to the individual completing the form. Just an awesome look and feel all around. Cons I only wish I could keep using the free version for all my needs, but the company has to make money on an awesome product somehow! It is designed specifically for our needs and allows us to customize required documentation to our needs and exact wording and formatting.
