It can be customized to match where it is being used and in keeping with our brand colors. I can do sign up forms or any other type of form I choose, including registration with payment at events. Pros offers a lot of customization which is easy to do - different styles, colors, shapes, etc. It offers integration with several payment gateways. Very easy to embed or just use as a standalone form. Cons I have found it easy to use to the point where I can't think of features that are missing.It offers everything I need. My needs are simple. It was very intuitive and easy to navigate through. Copying and pasting from a saved file made it fast to do. This is a great software to use for building basic surveys. Cons Question branching was a little complicated and took more time to learn. I think we'll get better at it the more we use the software. De gratis versie heeft te weinig inzendingen en de eerst betaalde versie is echt een stap te ver voor het relatief simpele gebruik zoals door mij. I found a pretty good template to use, as there are many to choose from. Overall I have been pleased with Jot Form. Pros Love this application. Jot Form is easy to use. I've tested it and used it on my website for 1-2 yrs (Free) and so far hasn't been a problem. Still learning. It is a great form maker. Templates as well as custom features are available. Monthly subscriptions seems reasonable to me. Cons Customer service phone number/chat room would be nice. Once I was able to reach someone they were very helpful. Cons While we love being able to process payments through this software it doesn't allow refunds to be processed through the same system. Long story short, I wish I'd known about JotForm long before that happened. The app is VERY easy to learn, but the best part is that the support is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. My first experience with their support team was when I was a newbie having problems with a form. They not only told me HOW to fix, but they MADE A TEMPLATE FOR ME AND HAD ME CLONE IT INTO MY ACCOUNT! These guys are the best! I can't say enough about them! If you do 1 form, 100 forms or 10,000 forms a month YOU NEED JOTFORM!
