It has gone above and beyond in meeting my needs these last few years that ive been using it. Pros I absolutely love that jotform shows you to create a limited number of forms for free! Also they are completely, 100% customizable. As someone with no experience doing that type of computer work, it took some playing around with but i managed to figure it out. Cons Creating some more complicated forms was much more complicated. I needed a calculator that clients could plug in their details and it would calculate price. Love doing surveys and data collection so when I need anything of that sort, I always default to Jotform! Pros I love the ease of use and customization options! I've found great use for Jotform for numerous different projects and look forward to using it more in the future! Cons I think the only negative I've found is that people aren't as familiar with the product. If I send out a form, I don't think people find it as natural to use as google forms, even though I think the forms I make are clear in themselves. It allows me to quickly and easily create forms for a variety of uses. The customization options have been great and when I have a question about how to do something, the Jotform team has been very helpful and responsive. Customer service is a big selling point for me. Pros I love that there are many templates that you can find to start your own form with. I also love the customer service. You can post a question and someone from Jotform will access your actual form and help walk you through whatever you're having trouble with. The ability to integrate payment processors, such as Square, has been such a game changer. Cons I wish that there was a way to better customize the reports it generates. I also wish there was a way for form responses to populate into an Excel or Google Sheet for easy data sorting and sharing with others. Jotform help us to create survey forms for collecting feedback from customers which we then analyze to get insights on how to satisfy our customers by improving the services we offer to them. Pros Jotform has a very powerful editor that makes it easy to create forms of all kind. It's clean user interface and the drag and drop functions makes it easy and straightforward to use. Jotform has superior security tools which help protect all created forms and their data. It also comes with enhanced analytics that help discover useful insights from the submitted survey forms. Pretty user friendly interface and good customer service. Pros Jotform is integral to the day-to-day functioning of my business and has been from the beginning! The forms are quite customizable and have done everything I need them to do. I also love that I can embed them in my website, which has been a good workaround for me to make them match my branding better. Cons I hit the data limits on the free version on a regular basis so I have to clear out the data frequently. I wish there was a more accessible paid level to just offer more data, but the lowest cost level is still too expensive for what I need. Also I wish the look of the forms was more customizable (for instance fonts). They are a bit clunky visually and could look much more modern. Taking pre order is a breeze and I also love using them in my online parties! The option to get a link for your form that customers can click on so they can fill it out makes gathering information so easy! I post one of these forms in every online party I do so I can figure out who might be interested in joining my team or hosting their own party. So I can collect names, emails phone numbers and addresses. The form also asks my customers what product launches they want to stay updated on so it is also brought me in a lot of orders that way! Pros I love the forms and that I can add product lists to it! It makes taking preorders and payment so easy!! Cons Just that there’s some things that aren’t available or at least not easy to find. I highly recommend it. Pros I absolutely loved job form when I was just starting out my business. It was really helping me to gather a lot of the information from my clients very easily. The formats are super user-friendly and the design is as well. Cons I can’t say I have many cons because it’s very easy to use. I don't know of any other form platform that has the same features. Pros The forms were easy to create, and there were so many features that I could add. This helped me so much when I needed a form for RSVPs. Cons I am not able to pay monthly. We are a small organization and didn't need 1,000 submissions, only a few extras.
