The integrations make logistics for our club very clear to follow for administrative staff and record keeping. The mobile friendly integrations and signature widgets have worked really well for our uses too. Cons I'd love to see a carbon copy style of submitted forms that we can export and store for records. Our primary use of this platform is for waiver submissions, but so far we've had all of our insurance companies accept the form data style of submission that it is now. JotForm has better options to format your survey's. But the biggest thing for us is the ability to create different reports from the questionnaire that we could not do on the other program. Cons The cost for the paid version. As a non-profit cost is always a big factor to a small non-profit but the free program does so much that it is not holding us back. Cons Honestly so far we have nothing bad to say, for our type of usage we have not had any issues. We were a bit hesitant to try it because of the negative customer service reviews we saw but so far it's been we haven't needed any help because of it's ease of use and great features. We had been using Formstack for the past year or so. Formstack has an intuitive UI that produces clean looking forms easily with most of the features we needed at the basic paid level with helpful, prompt email support. However, we are now able to get even more features at a lower price still with great email support from JotForm. Their seemingly endless number of Widgets (included with our account, even the free trial), provide far more features than we could have ever gotten with Formstack even with paid add-ons. You can even fully edit forms on mobile devices. We were already planning on making the switch, but signed up now with the 50% off deal and saved even more. It's good for that once you get your from set up them you can just paste your link into the website. Pros I loved that I could use jotform in a cheap website I made from a free site. I liked that I could customize the from to say eliminate some questions that I didn't want. Cons I did not like that it was not easy to use and to locate some of the functions and features. I'm pretty tech savvy and this was not as easy. Also I didn't like that I couldn't change the wording to what I wanted. All I could do was add, delete and swap stuff around. Pros I could get right on it and it was intuitive and it solved my challenge to get an online form out quickly. I am not a coder and couldn't wait around for the web person to make a form for me. Especially for a project that doesn't need to be connected to our main website, this software is fast and easy to use and looks professional. It easily emails to whoever I set it up for and the emailed version means you don't even need to log in to your account to see the information Cons The only thing I have noticed so far is that if you have a signature on your form, the signature does not show up on the email which means you need to log into the software to see the signature. The free options are a great tool to start with if you're trying to get people to sign up for an event or just capturing their email. They have a good amount of FREE, nicely designed templates! Which cuts down your production time! They have e-signature tools as well. So you can create that and embed it in your website and get signatures easy! I use WordPress for my website and they have it as options where you can go to whatever platform you use and they will tailor the embed code for that platform! Cons I make my forms and go on, so I don't have many cons. But, with the Free version, you get a limited amount of signups, like 100, so that can be an issue if you do big numbers!
