Business Owner Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Cheap/free solution for data collection, bugs in design" July 20, 2021 4.0 Pretty good for a cheap or free service, will recommend to others, but I wish they improved the front-end. Pros It really simplifies our life, as we don't have to build any special interface to process payments through our website. These forms allow scheduling calls, purchases, and more. So many functions, like customized form elements, email follow-ups, receipts, integration of payment services like Square/Stripe, etc. Also, very quick customer service. Cons There are bugs in the website/application. Some of them are very non-trivial and there is no way to resolve them without consulting with the customer service familiar with the back-end. I'm still not 100% sure my clients will get correct emails or receipts. Pros Everything about JotForm is great! I love the capabilites. I also like that you can get an increase in form limits by completing tasks, such as writing reviews. Cons I don't like that there's a form limit on the free plan, although I can increase my form limit by completing tasks. I also don't really like that there's plans in general. But that's about it. Jot forms allow us to manage important and sensitive data with ease. Jot Forms are so clear and easy to review that I never worry that a vital piece of life saving information is missed. Pros Jot Form's best feature is the consolidation of the more complex questionaire into a simple results form. This feature makes processing the results of the form much faster than it would be if all questions had to be considered individually. We use our forms to survey very sensitive information so this feature allows for maximum accuracey. Cons Jot form is so easy to use that, from my perspective, it could only be better if it reviewed and filed the forms for me. Pros I LOVE all the integration and theme options available for use with JotForm. It doesn't seem to matter what information you need to gather from a customer or how you want to store/receive that information - this platform can easily handle it. The conditional logic steps and options are also extremely useful in creating perfect scenarios for every customer and condition. Cons I am not a fan of the huge gap between a free and paid account. I would also prefer that ALL their themes were free when you subscribe, instead of trying to charge people for a theme. I use the platform to create documents, training registrations and course evaluations. It also stores all registrations and provides you an easy and effective to store your data. It's like having a personal assistant. Pros The software was easy to use and provided you with an option to develop your own form or to utilize a template. The template were super easy to use and provided you with an excellent foundation to develop your form. I really liked that you could use a template and delete areas you didn't need, while added areas that you did need. Super easy to use and really user-centered for easy form development. Cons It would be nice if they had an area that stated most frequently used forms for a specific topic. It could cut down on your personal search to find a form and review what people most often selected. Cons We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes!
