We use jotform for team feedback, when we need to ask the whole team a question, and even as an ordering form when we are offering a sale! Cons I wish the free version offered a bit more but that's probably me just being greedy since jotform is software that clearly tries to have their customers enjoy their product. Pros The form creator is great! It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required the parents of my school to fill out. We used it to order Valentine gifts for their children. It let me upload images of examples. It also emails me the form and attachment, plus with the integration into Google Drive, I can keep track of all my form submissions. The free tier is definitely more than ample to test-drive the platform, but I did pay for it because I had many orders coming through that exceeded the free tier. Cons I wish it would have downloaded a little easier into excel, but it wasn't anything we couldn't fix/organize ourselves. Jotform is very easy to use and has the ability to be customised so that even complex relationships can be established. And you can dress it up very easily, to make it look and feel the way you wish. May 30, 2021 5.0 Very happy with JotForm and definitely would recommend it to others. I will continue to use it for my applications moving forward. Pros I help run a non-profit program and was having a hard time finding a software I could use to create a form online I could have others do and collect the information like I wanted. I came across JotForm, and am so glad I did. I was able to set up my application how I wanted, post it online for people to fill out, and then email me the submissions. It could also save them as PDFs for me, which I liked. Cons Took a bit to get use to the program, and sometimes have problems figuring out how to look at submissions, but it gets easier as you use it. I was pleased to have easy and quick access to the features I needed for an internal employee survey (complete with photos). It was easy to build a form, share the form and gather responses. Pros I love the ability to customize templates and forms that are easily shareable and can be embedded in another host site. It's also very easy to figure out right from the first time using it. Cons The interface can feel a little clunky and plain, and I feel that the forms should be easier to make look more sleek and professional. Pros Free version gives a huge amount of possibilities, and for some smaller organisation could be all they need. Easy to use, also integrates with whole bunch of other applications like Zoho CRM which is great. API is also available. Cons Wishing free version was including at least two possible users, not just one main user. Enterprise version is still too early for us to implement.
