It embedded well into my blog and has served its purpose over the last few years. Pros I created a free form for my blog. It was easy to do. I liked that it offered basic form options. I was also able to customize my form. It offered an easy way to embed your form into your website as well. You can get notifications when a form is submitted as well. However, forms have email notifications by default so you will receive email notifications containing the submissions data when someone submits your form so there's no need to view them on your form submissions page if you want to. Once I figured out how to develop a form, I was good to go! Pros I created forms through because I needed forms linked to my website. I was able to direct people to various applications to complete and submit. Cons As a free customer, I had access to only five forms. The forms were okay, but did not offer a lot of flexibility. I liked that I was able to upload my organization's logo. Reason for choosing Jotform I landed at the 's website and immediately started using it. I didn't do a lot of research. Pros I "inherited" an account via my position at work that had a half-dozen forms already at play. It was easy to get into the website and figure out how to work it. I appreciate that I can send the emails to multiple people. Cons There isn't as much versatility in making forms as I'd like sometimes, but I understand that it needs restraints since it is pre-coded. It allows collect data for internal satisfaction of any topics and have an easy way of payment. It is so versatile that allows you to edit questions and combine with other apps. Have a lot of templates very pleasant for the coustumer. Cons It would be helpful if you had different options and each one have another question to unlock, according to the response, and the others that you don't need, desappear. You need an option that allows me to resend the form later to the ones who completed, and let them modify. For the cost it is a great service and I plan to continue to use it. Pros This system was very easy to setup and get going for a waiver form to be signed from guests. From the very start I was able to get it setup and emailed out to my 3rd party for signatures. The System is helpful for organizing documents. Cons It was very hard to figure out where I could view signed or completed forms. It took forever to find forms that had been sent out or if they had been signed. It would be very helpful if they could provide a list or button that says completed forms or signed forms. It would also be nice if you could check on a sent form to see if it had been viewed by the party that it had been sent to.
