I've used JotForm in the past and was impressed with the vast majority of customization and styles you can have with their many templates available. They also allow it's users to upload their own company logos which is super nice! I have now used this product twice and this second time is with my current job that is requiring our staff to perform self testing for the current world wide pandemic. Bravo JotForm on a very nicely designed product! Will be using you for all my form needs! :) Pros user friendly, easy to navigate, easy to customize to fit your business/personal needs Cons limited to a number of submissions per month based on package selected. Cons The only problem that I have experienced with the software would be trying to upload photos to the form, but I believe that might be due to the photo and not the program. Using Jotform makes it easy to determine our needs and it can be customized for each event and item. This has helped our PTO/School to look more polished. Pros I needed a shipping service from a small business and filled out a JotForm to send my information. The business owner was just one guy who wasn't a web expert, so it's nice that he was able to use this form to make the application process quick and easy online. Cons It's a fairly simple app so it's not going to have a huge number of features, but at the same time keeping it simple is probably best. October 3, 2018 4.0 We reluctantly went to jotforms because we had clients in China who needed to complete our forms. We were very comfortable with google forms and were hesitant to change, but needed to. Turns out we can do so much more with jotforms (still under their free areas) than in google forms! So happy we switched! Pros I like how much control I have to create questions, forms, etc that work for exactly what I need. We switched to jotforms from using google forms because of clients in China who can not access google. Turned out to be a great switch that we are so happy we did! Cons Takes a little getting used too and learning their lingo for different functions and aspects you can add to forms, but the help buttons and hint buttons help greatly!! There are different form limits in every plan. You can upgrade at any time to increase your form's limit or you can always archive forms that you no longer use to free up your form limit so you can create more new forms. Archived forms will be disabled and disabled forms will not be counted towards the form's limit. The monthly submissions limit resets on the first day of the following month based on EST server time. It will kick in as soon as the clock hits 00:00 on the first day of the month. Hope this gives some clarification. Thanks! EL Enrico L. Cons The absolute nightmare of dealing with there customer service - the product is almost as good as 123Form or Typeform but the horrible customer service and billing setup should scare anyone away.
