Pros I wanted a simple to use solution get some information from the workers and jot form helped me to create a survey like template with real easiness. I have been use to hard coding things into a website but using this method is a lot easier and way faster. Pros I have the free version. Thinking about maybe upgrading but not to sure yet. The free version is very easy to use. There are a lot of hidden features that one might not know about that will help you and make your form look a whole lot nicer if you take the time to look into it. Like this if statements, hiding certain sections of a page if the customer does not have that selected and so they do not get confused into what area needs to be filled out by them. Cons The software although it is easy to use it is not as customizable as I would like. I am not sure if it is because I have the free version but to edit the size and the layout do not seem that easy. I am also having so trouble connecting forms. Other then that this is a very good product especially since it is free at the moment to use. I wanted a form to put on my company's facebook page and this did the trick (there was no 'add Facebook tab' at that time). With time I have grown to like jotform very much, when I run into some problem with my form so time back, the support was amazing. Quick response from the team and community. I love this and will recommend to all my friends. Pros 1\. Easy and quick to use 2. No css complication for noobs like me 3. Its free to use (with my type of usage) 4. Widgets.....I love them!! We are a non-profit so we need to be able to utilize forms but don't have a large budget to make them fancy. Cons Absolutely no customer service available. User accounts are extremely confusing within the same company, if I create a file and share it, instead of sharing the file it creates a new folder in my colleagues account with my name so that they have to remember that I shared it with them in order to locate the file. Our administrator left the company and we have not been able to recover anything from her account because Jotform's customer service is non-existent.
