Pros I use to create surveys and to gather emails from leads. It is an excellent tool for that as it allows customizations. Cons I prefer the survey and form to be directly hosted on my website. Did not warrant a paid subscription. Today, when I went to log in, my password didn't work so I logged in using my Chrome password only to learn my previous FORMS were no longer available as in "disappeared". Even though it is by email Pros It is free if you don't get to many emails. Customer service was great. They got back to me usually within 2 hours. The forms are very easy to use Cons If you do go over 100 emails per month (that people reply to), then the cost seems a bit expensive..
