We deal with addresses and customer information so it was easy to make sure data was correct wehn inputting. Cons Somethings the features are US based and we cant get the date formats we require on the backend. Sometime's collaborating external programs was not straight forward. January 23, 2023 5.0 I've used Jotform as a business owner as well as recieved a form from a user of Jotform. Both times were great to use, but as a user, I've had to use other products because there were features on Jotform that were missing. Pros Jotform is intuitive and very easy to use. It also doesn't take too much of your time. With templates that can be easily used or altered, it is quick and solution based for anyone who needs information gathered in an orderly fashion. Cons Jotform's custom forms could be a bit better in terms of the ability to create a form that is intuitive to the user. The ability to question branch is an example of this.
