As I noted earlier...it was easy to create the form I wanted with the options that I wanted. Customers have found the form to be user friendly but have noted that the picture verification/authentication block can sometimes prove challenging for them. Pros I found the platform was easy to use both from a creative standpoint, as well as a submission standpoint. I was able to create a form that captured the customer information I needed without difficulty. Cons I don't like that, upon saiving a new item or editing an existing item, the form returns me to the top of the list. Additionally, I wish the form would allow some customers to select online payment through a payment gateway while giving other customers the option to submit without payment... currently, if I set up the payment gateway, everyone has to pay prior to submission. I don't like that. I've also found that customers who have certain email providers (ie Comcast) do not receive a confirming email. Perhaps it's my perception, and while I know the information from the form can be exported to an EXCEL spreadsheet, I wish there was the capability to have an easy to read printout of orders I need for a particular day. Honestly the first time I saw it was years ago and I had immediately thought “Maybe I can build something better” but at the end of the day I don’t want to fall into a bad practice trap and would rather go with a matured tool Pros I like how I can use Jotform for Salesforce for my clients. I am able to suggest them Jotform for their marketing team to better handle Lead gen using customisable options. Most of the clients who meed Lead Gen ask me to create customised components but I can only do so much on my own. At the end of the day I would rather rely on a well built tool with matured features Cons Hmm. This is a tough one. I like Jotform and even though I don’t have a specific issue with the tool, I do have issues that I am not learned enough to sometime convince my customers why they should invest in Jotform.
