One of my biggest pet peeves with other platforms is that they are either clunky, hard to use, or just not intuitive. Jotform provides a seamless interface and makes collecting feedback and surveys enjoyable. Cons There are not a lot of cons that I've noticed but yeah, I would like to see more form design options for survey forms. It was a lifesaver for a two church district. Pros Jotform was really easy to use and you didn't need a doctorate to figure it out. Pros I like that Jotform provides the easy set up to convert PDF into a fillable form so I can fill in the important information without having to print out each form. Cons I don't like that it does not provide the option of saving it as a PDF onto a desktop instead of having to send it via email. However, downloading all submissions to PDF normally takes time so it can't be generated on the fly. It's a brilliant tool, and fits well with my workflow (new submission are notified by email instantly). Pros The website form designer is easy to use, and when designed a form it 'autosaves', which takes the stress out of worrying if my changes have been saved if my connection fails. I like the ability to customise forms, and to temporarily 'hide' elements (so that they can be reinstated later if necessary). Cons There could be more fonts available for the website form designer, as this would allow me to more closely match the fonts used on my site (although I do have a near match, so this is only a small gripe). It has increased our efficiency and effectiveness. We can download Jotform information into a spreadsheet to work with the data easily. We also have embedded Jotforms into our website for data collection. Pros Jotform allows my organization to create and utilize multiple forms to collect data in a variety of ways. We can collect basic information from individuals to sign up for classes or capture their interest in our organization. We can even get a little more complicated and sign individuals up to receive items we give away. The product is versatile and allows us to gather the exact information we need. I like that we can adapt forms to our specific needs, requiring specific information so that we can gather the information we need and not a bunch of information that is not needed.
