Pros I previously used FormStack for my lawfirms intake forms. has all the features I need in their free tier. FormStack did the job just as well, but it would have cost about $35 per month. Also, I think JotForm has more integrations with other web services. Cons Getting my form to integrate with Excel was a bit of a chore. I suspect that is on Microsoft, not . Cons Due to errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions. Do not use this company for payment processing forms if you value your customers. it has been a nightmare and there is no customer service to help.
