Based on other buyer's searches, these are the products that could be a good fit for you.
Reviewers find Doxy.me convenient and accessible for telehealth services, allowing them to connect with patients without requiring downloads or complicated setups. They appreciate the platform's user-friendly interface and cost-effectiveness, which makes it easy for both providers and patients to use. The ability to connect with patients remotely, whether they are traveling or unable to visit the office, has been a significant advantage, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Users note that Doxy.me generally provides good audio and video clarity, which is essential for effective telehealth sessions. However, they frequently encounter connection issues, audio problems, and video glitches, particularly when either party has a poor internet connection. These technical difficulties often require users to restart sessions or troubleshoot, which can be disruptive to their practice and patient interactions.
Pros
Doxy is easy to access and always delivers excellent audio and visual access. Reliability is critical for delivering good care via telehealth.
Overall, I have been very satisfied with my meetings on doxy.me. I love that individuals do not have to make a specific account with the platform to join a meeting.
I am grateful that Doximity exists for it has been a saving grace during the pandemic for psychiatric care of my patients. It's easy to use and effective, private, and high in quality.
My experience is great, it is simple, reliable, dependable, my clients find it easy to use and have offered them a secure opportunity to continue to do therapeutic work.
Cons
When there is a bad connection, it is often frustrating to me & my clients. I have almost lost clients due to this.
I am horrible at advertising so my schedule has been extremely slow so far, because no one who needs my services knows how to reach me or make an appointment.
They were initially discounted as internet/wifi issues or operator error, but after months, they still persisted. Switching to a competing product removed almost all technical problems.
I have had technical issues with the quality of the video session, frozen calls or poor image. Most of those are due to poor internet or poor connection in the part of the client.

"Love this product!"
Pros: Super easy to use! You do not need to download anything, and neither does the patient! You can have office staff manage the virtual waiting room, just like in a real doctor's office. I love that it's secure and Hipaa compliant! Professional look specific to our company. Customer Service is quick to respond and friendly. Translator function is the best!!
Cons: Only thing missing is that internal staff cannot easily communicate within Doxy, without clicking in like a patient. I do wish there was a way to send messages to other staff members within Doxy
"Affordable and simple telehealth solution -- recommended but with a few gotchas"
Overall: I've aided in selecting and deploying (Doxy and other solutions) at numerous practices. It is a safe and recommended choice. It's simple to administrate and use. Despite the "peer to peer" architecture it's reasonably reliable. Please make sure your provider computers have an SSD hard drive and at least a Core i5 or similar processor. Please make sure your practice has fast Internet, preferably fiber. Please train your providers how to restart their Chrome browser if there is an issue access the Microphone. Always a good idea to do this 5 minutes before a telehealth call.
Pros: #1 Doxy.me is a very affordable solution. #2 Doxy is healthcare specific (unlike Zoom and Teams). #3 Doxy is also very simple! It is easy to configure and centrally manage by IT, or even by a lightly practice administrator. You can do it! : ) From a central management website the admin can create providers' custom weblinks, that can be given to patients.
Cons: #1 Customer support is not good. It's a chat. Historically I've waited 12 - 24 hours for a reply. Not acceptable. Not when you have providers/owners asking for clarity on issues. Doxy, if you are listening, offer an optional paid support option with a phone number. Most practices would gladly pay for US-based good quality support. #2 Doxy uses a web browser -- ideally Chrome. It is not uncommon to need to restart chrome for better performance or if a micrphone/webcam "stops working." Make sure your computers have an SSD or M.2 hard drive --- not a mechanical hard drive. Or Chrome will be slow, and so will be Doxy! #3 Doxy uses peer to peer technology for its video calls. This is highly disappointing. The provider's computer/device directly talks across the Internet to the patient's computer or phone. Doxy is ESPECIALLY sensitive to a good Internet connection at your practice ... and also at your patient's home or cellular network! Make sure you have fast fiber Internet or similar FAST connection for your providers. Warn them that using Doxy on their phone or at home is at the mercy of their cellular or home Internet connection. Warn them that 1/2 the time the patient's slow Internet or slow computer may cause minor glitches.
"User for over 1 year"
Overall: Great, very little issues, occasional disconnect but not sure if it's on the clients end or not.
Pros: Secure, easy to use, good connectively, no complaints from clients.
Cons: Please add "touch up my appearance" to the video settings. It blurs out a lot of the wrinkles, pock marks, signs of aging, and sun damage! :)
"Great potential, too many technical issues"
Overall: We selected this telehealth option at the beginning of the year for virtual client counseling sessions. We used it infrequently until March when Covid hit. For the next 6 months we had nothing but technical problems with it. The ease of use and functionality were great, but 50% of the time our sessions were interrupted due to technical failure. When a competing platform became HIPAA compliant, we switched to them and had no further technical issues.
Pros: Ease of deployment, ease of start-up for new users, customizable options for the waiting room and a detailed Meeting History were all bonuses. A big benefit was a short URL/name for waiting rooms, which clients could manually type in if they lost the email or text with the initial link. The fact that they are a purely HIPAA compliant telehealth platform was the main selling point. Overall, it has great potential to be a solid platform for telehealth sessions.
Cons: Technical issues. A significant amount of them - almost 50% of our sessions could not be completed due to technical problems. They were initially discounted as internet/wifi issues or operator error, but after months, they still persisted. Switching to a competing product removed almost all technical problems.

Cons: I have no issues with it , it meets the needs of my business
