Not worth paying for but the free version is good enough for certain purposes. **Pros:** HIPPA compliance. Ease of logging in for clients and provider. Having your own provider URL (no portal creation necessary for clients). Simplicity of the interface. **Cons:** High cost to purchase additional features like screen sharing. Often has an echo when clients speak. The folks who started out with my organization in the beginning during the pandemic were incredibly caring and attentive.
