It's okay. The cite looks nice but I would say it needs a little work and it would be a lot better if somehow the connection was better however that problem could have easily been her internet connection. Other than that I haven't used it that much yet but it seems nice.

Pros

I like that your able to get in contact and have a virtual conversation with your healthcare provider. It contains a little chat box when your in a video call in case you need it.

Cons

The quality of my call was bad. She sounded very muffled and it seemed like the site wasn't the best quality.

The fact that this brings hipaa compliant (with BAA) to the market for free is amazing, I do not see any other platforms offering this.

Cons

I wish there was more customization for the waiting room, but this is a minor gripe for free software!

Pros

The Doxy.me website and the sign on process is easy to navigate through for patients and other therapists.

Cons

Does not last more than an hour and most of the time it only lasts 15 minutes before the call is dropped. Not compatible with anything but apple devices.

Unable to logon using my cell phone even with Firefox. One patient is unable to login also so I'm unable to use doxy.me with that patient.

Pros

Easy to use. No training is necessary. Reliable. Provides documentation of the date, time and duration of teletherapy session.

Cons

None. I use the free version, which has numerous useful features that allow me to conduct and document teletherapy sessions.

Pros

HIPPA compliant, has a free option so that you can try it out and make sure it is the best fit, and is set up with therapists in mind.

Cons

Have heard that sometimes the session is dropped but I have not experienced this issue yet. So far we have had very few problems with Doxy.me.

It suits my needs in remotely providing therapeutic services to my clients.

Pros

What I like most is that it's easy to navigate this software.

Cons

I don't like accessing and communicating with tech support via email, texting, etc. I'd rather call a tech support representative and actually speak to the person.

Cons

Often will have glitches with sound or video, most of the time can work them out. May be due to older phones on patient end.
