I also like the feature of using VSEE internally when employees worked from home. It was easy to screen share, destop share, and send documents back and forth. Pros I used this software in the medical field during and after the pandemic. It was the easiest product that I reviewed and the providers were extremely happy with it. Cons Absolutely nothing, best product for telemedicine I have found. I highly recommend it to anyone looking. Pros It is intutitve. It's easy to use and so simple to get started with. Clients can easily get connected and sessions get underway without a problem. All of the additional features like survey sending, reminders, & forms make this a MUST have for any clinician! Cons The software used to offer a free trial for clinicians to practice on a limited scale. I wish they would bring that back. I think it was helpful for a lot of therapists who only see a few clients. Pros What I liked most about VSee is how secure it is from a client-aspect. Some of my physicians used Zoom and this didn't have the security features that I felt were necessary. Zoom has had a reputation of being easily hacked, so I felt more comfortable using VSee as a client/patient than Zoom. I could connect and interact with my healthcare provider without any noticeable bugs. There's a chat feature which could come in handy. Setting up video and audio was fairly painless. Cons Nothing really stands out about VSee. The interface isn't beautiful but is easy enough to use. The insistence to install the desktop app seems a bit extraneous; I would prefer a web-based interface. Switched from [Doxy.me](https://www.capterra.com/p/158461/Doxy-me/) My new provider used VSee instead. I slightly prefer Doxy.me since it can be used in a web browser. It's incredibly convenient and instead of spending an hour or two traveling, I can use VSee to have my doctor's appointment for 20-minutes during my work day. Pros I love the secure one-on-one messaging and the ability to see whether my doctor is online and for him to see whether I am. Cons The quality is okay, but there can often be a lag and of course, a lot depends on your internet service and speed. It's not the best video conferencing software I've ever used, but it's also not the worst.
