We were also very impressed that we could integrate XERO and Stripe without any added costs. The training is great and whenever we need assistance they respond and resolve the problem. We would highly recommend Vega! Cons I have difficulty retrieving reports and at times not sure where to look? At times we are unsure how to generate campaigns and send out group emails. Great people and great customer service. Pros Vega's customer service is amazing. The software is quite intuitive, but there's always someone to help us if we get stuck. The training is excellent and comprehensive. We have switched our EDMs from MailChimp to Vega, which is even easier to set up and we can keep all of our customers in one place. It is also excellent for our memberships. Once you are set up, there's very little maintenance. Great job! Cons There are some aspects that aren't super intuitive, but the training covers everything. Pros Vega's been a great tool for our trust to help us manage our supporter database and to manage communications and fundraising campaigns. It's a 'one-stop-shop' that has all the functionality that we need and useful that it's a cloud-based platform so that trustees can work on projects collaboratively from remote locations. Cons It would be helpful to have tutorial videos available to help navigate novice users through the various functions available through Vega- some of the navigation is perhaps not entirely intuitive. Switched from [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/) Mailchimp was good for sending out supporter emails, but had far more limited functionality. Cons I get the feeling that this software has been designed by people who never have to use it. It is full of little irritations, such as the cursor not automatically being in the field which has to be typed in, reports not fitting on the page properly leading to a waste of paper, it is not particularly easy to generate reports and is full of funny little bugs which are annoying. Additionally, the feature allowing you to import transactions from Xero is great - except that it hardly ever recognises repeat names. I have about 25 contacts who donate via automatic bank payment every month, but every month I have to re-enter their details to match them with their donation. Also the new "two stage" log in is a pain and doesn't add to the security. Reasons for choosing vega Price!
