Pros

The product is consistently being enhanced and the customer support is outstanding and proactive. It offers a great variety of predefined question formats and allows customization to meet the specific needs of clients and customers.

Cons

There are instances where the automated emails sent through the automation tool fail to be delivered, and unfortunately, the user remains unaware of this issue.
