Since we do not ask for any credit card information in order to use the free trial, we do not bill our customers after the trial period ends. Pros I like the ease of booking appointments from mobile devices. The screens are easy to navigate and it meets the needs of our salon. The BEST part of this program is the support staff you call when you need help. They are fabulous!!!!! Cons I think the only thing that would rock would be the ability to edit a register transaction after it is closed like the old Elite software. MyAppointments sent staff out to personally train us in our own environment. Rep was awesome!!! Cons Gift Certificate and card is not easily accessible.
