Pros: Easy codebase instrumentation, robust API and clear documentation. It's too frequent to see half-baked products, Dialog is on the other side of the quality spectrum.

Cons: We'd love to see more metrics about NLU and NLP, hopefully it's coming soon.

Overall: Our team had a blast instrumenting the codebase with the node.js SDK, it's been much quicker than we thought. Later on when we had some questions we'd have a complete answer in just a couple hours. We just love these guys!
