Pros: - Reporting functionality makes it simple to access reports at all levels
- Ease of use for learner
- Responsive customer support team that can tailor software to specific requests
- Professional look and feel with corporate branding

Cons: - Only able to assign courses to one 'group' (no and/or function)
- A few reporting glitches that have to be dealt with by customer support rather than administrator (removing certain entries to an individual report, for example)

I really enjoy working on this LMS.

Pros: - isn't black and white, you can always find a solution for your needs
- user-friendly
- pretty use to use
- reporting function
- training calendar

Cons: - at least one module/resource needs to be assign as mandatory
- no sub-categories
- from a user point of view ; when a user book for a face to face session there is no time on the booking calendar just date and location

Overall: - better at reporting,
- met the new SRA regulations,
- being pro-active,
- added value to the business

Very helpful and creative team at Acteon. They always strive to create content that fits our culture

Pros: End user experience is good
Various functionality - mandatory training, reminders,
Mixture of adding documents, videos and bespoke training content

Cons: There has to be 1 mandatory training in order for a module to exist. Would like for people to have the option to view info
Back office is clunky looking

Great customer service, and the LMS is really coming into it's own now.

Pros: Being able to pull stats about the homes/schemes regarding training compliance, and being able to offer a wider range of mandatory and non-mandatory training across a platform which allows easy access for all.

Cons: The calendar - we have a large number of courses available, and they are just in one long list - it would be great if this could be separated or broken down into smaller segments, EG. by course name or month?!

Overall: Being able to centrally manage the training across the business, and have a clear picture of compliance.

Good experience - great focal point for the business and is central to our development strategy

Pros: Reliable and user friendly as well as feed the reporting needs to senior management as well as operations

Cons: Often need support to amend the functionalities which can protract the timeline and result in delays

Overall: Central to development strategy with a great process for harvesting workforce compliance and capability rates at any given time
