Pros Being able to pull stats about the homes/schemes regarding training compliance, and being able to offer a wider range of mandatory and non-mandatory training across a platform which allows easy access for all. Cons The calendar - we have a large number of courses available, and they are just in one long list - it would be great if this could be separated or broken down into smaller segments, EG. by course name or month?!
