Support provided is very good and responses are provided in timely fashion. Requests for additional enhancements and customizing the product features are implemented very good as per Business Requirements. Cons Only one issue that we were facing while using MiniOrange Radius Adapter and RSA Secure ID in ADFS. Could not recommend under any circumstances. Pros The software itself is fine, though expensive in the market compared to competitors Cons The customer support is absolutely atrocious, definitely the worst experience I've had as a customer with any tech company in my life.
