Pros: What is helpfull the most is the organization of the stages on each pipeline. Everything moves smothly and trustfull.

Cons: The appearance of the letters are to light. I requested to be more darker, but didn't have that future yet.

Overall: Our recruiting process moves smothly but organized.

Pros: Very good pricing and demos are great. They have a good customer services in case you run into any issues

Cons: Reporting features could be better but depends on how indepth your company uses reports. Hard to manually upload resumes

Pros: It's so easy to use and to manage large groups of people who are applying without getting overwhelmed managing all the pieces. I was able to manage it basically by myself by adding filters, moving people through the pipeline and administering a project-based interview exercise. It was fantastic!

Cons: Can't upload Excel and other types of docs. But I just instructed people to convert into Pdf amd didn't have issues after that. The program work as is a great value for the money

Overall: A new employee!

Pros: Hiring is a long process , Breezy save a lot of time. And for kne job is free. As a startup it's pretty nice compare to what you can pay with other services

Cons: If I need to choose something it could be the dashboard you can't really custom as you I want to but even it's nice

Pros: The ability to move candidates from one stage to the other, the customization of the responses to the candidates based on the recruiting stages that they are in. It is easy to navigate and the ability to access from multiple devices.

Cons: After 20 days or so of a position being posted, the candidate flow decreases and there is a need to refresh the job posting to increase the candidate flow. The challenge with Breezy is that job postings must be disabled or placed on a draft status for 24 hours in order for them to refresh or move to the top of the job listing in the career sourcing websites such as Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
This causes a delay with the candidate flow and also a gap with the time to fill or time to hire reporting.

It was an amazing and easy tool to use. Would highly recommend this for all recruitment firms.

Pros: Easy to navigate through
Keeps track of all the activity

Cons: I would suggest to have an option of checking out the shortlisted candidates, helps with future recruitment as anyone initially shortlisted would get a 2nd chance incase a position ever arises again.

Pros: We serve 26 counties in NC - it is nice to be able to post positions specific to an area and manage the applicants in one place. It is also nice we can design our questions specific to our industry.

Cons: We have only been using it a few weeks so the software is still new to us but thus far we like it. Customer service might be a place to improve. I asked for assistance through chat once and she sent me a link to a video, however the video was very fast and I could not figure out how to slow it down.

Overall: Having a way to manage applicants without paper!!!! Also, with the large geographic area we work with it is good for managers to see postings from near by counties.

Great demo, great customer reps, best price in the ATS software industry!

Pros: Best price obviously $0 a month for starters. Perfect for small companies starting out and want to try an ATS for just 1 position.

Cons: Some functionalities that we wish we could have. One of them being the functionalities of hiring managers vs administrators. Other than that it's great!

Pros: Monthly subscription plan, referral and career portals, integration with BambooHR, automated emails and actions, friendly interface.

Cons: The "general pipeline" report is missing, no option to upload a CV with "drag-n-drop", Candidate's resume is hard to read because of the small size.

Pros: Easy and Fast setup; Great User Interface; Excellent Analytics and very good customer support; Also enjoy the Roll out of new features.

Cons: Video Interview uses a different app which integrates with Breezy HR; wish this is integrated. The Analytics would be great if it was in realtime.

Overall: Automated the Work flow to depend less on HR and more on users across companies.

Pros: I enjoy how users have the ability to post to multiple websites for job postings and that we are able to get background checks as well.

Pros: I like the fact that it is a portal where everything is stored.
In addition it creates a webpage for my company's Job section, at low cost, this is great.

Cons: Not enough visibility on where the candidate come from online, more metrics on whether or not the ad is good would be interesting.

Overall: fast outreach, that led to in person interviews for a cost that is realistic for a startup.

Pros: Kanban style overview of candidates, and the ability to easily move candidates from stage to stage of the process.

Cons: Lots of unnecessary clicks when going through candidate profiles. Not a big deal when going through a few resumes but when going through dozens, every extra click / modal box gets noticed.

Pros: The ability to qualify and disqualify candidates makes sifting through candidates a lot more easier.

Cons: Downloaded resumes should not open in a new window, but should be downloaded and opened using the document file type. Ex. Pdf should open in a pdf viewer not in the web browser. Key word searches should be added.

Overall: qualified candidates for the position i am recruiting for.

Pros: Easy to use, good customer support, very nice plans for choosing. Especially if you don't want to hire many employees, you can use UNO plan posting 1 vacancy for 1 month for free. It is shared also for free on Glassdoor, Upwork and other portals.

Cons: The other plans are also affordable, but a bit expensive in comparison with Recruitee software. So it depends on your company and budget.

Pros: The ability to customize the hiring pipeline with all kinds of automated featured was really useful. For example, after reviewing a resume and cover letter, simply moving the candidate to a different step in the pipeline would either send a polite decline email or send out a survey I designed as the next step. This saved so much time and brainpower for focusing on candidates!

Also, the 1-candidate free setup was great for me as a (very) small business owner :)

Cons: This is just a small thing, but moving to the next candidate within a specific pipeline phase could have been a bit easier - a declined candidate would stay in the quick-navigation list until the candidate view is closed and reopened, which could be confusing.

Pros: Great visualization of the flow of candidates through the hiring process. It was quick and easy to set up and start a position. Adding a questionnaire to the application process is included and works great.

Cons: You cannot add stages and there is not a easy to find definition of what the Feedback stage means.
You can view a candidate's resume if you use the link to the candidate from the notification email, but if you go to the Candidates page, you have to download the resume to see it.

Overall: I was dreading posting a job opening as it has been a nightmare to manage candidates in our previous process. Breezy HR has been amazing to use and easy to setup. With their visual pipeline stages, applications will not be lost in the shuffle.

Nice clean applicant tracking platform, easy to use, intuitive.

Pros: The Dash Boards are very informative and helps in following up on an open position. The ease of moving the candidates on the Job Board is gratifying :)

Pros: The ability to not only have email templates but to automate the sending of them with placeholders for the position and candidate name is a great feature. The visual pipeline is great, and being able to change a candidate's status from multiple access points makes it really easy to move candidates through the pipeline without actually having to go back to that view every time. The layout is simple, but the customization is powerful, so we were really able to customize the process so we are doing the same things we used to do through email, just much faster.

Cons: The meeting scheduling didn't work for us, and we ended up using a service called Calendly for setting up interviews since they allow us to provide one link and let the interviewee choose any available date, versus us having to offer specific dates, which takes up more time and makes the scheduling management more complicated. But since that process is outside of breezy, there is the extra step of then moving them through the pipeline. It would be nice if Breezy could have the option of letting the candidate choose from any available time, so we don't have to manually choose a time, then they could be automatically moved through the pipeline when they schedule.

The handling of repeat applicants is also not as intuitive as we'd like. Even when an applicant applies with the same email address, they show up as a separate profile. We've had the problem where if someone applies through indeed and we move them into breezy, the email is different so there's no way to know right away if they are a repeat. Also, we hire a seasonal team every year, so we'd love a way to flag people who come back, especially if we didn't hire them in the past. We tend to not hire people we've rejected, so we want to make sure we don't bring them in for an interview

Overall: We used to manage our seasonal hiring through gmail and spreadsheets, so it's much easier now to go through the process, leaving us more time in our day!

Pros: Automates most of what we were already doing. Fairly easy to operate UI. Easy to navigate and show others.

Cons: Video software was extra :( which I didn't realize from the trial and so trained the team and we can't justify the higher cost at this time. Sometimes I want to personalize an email but I would like to use the fundamentals of the set email responses. It can be annoying to cancel the auto email and then copy paste a new one etc. Maybe I missed this feature, but full Google Calendar integration would be nice (with the ability to schedule back-to-back interviews)

Pros: One stop shop for HR recruitment. I can publish through Breezy and it syndicates to the top job boards. Consolidation of replies is useful.

Cons: Not ideal for more senior positions - some of the roles are that easy to define. No way to pre-screen based on parameters.

The experience with Breezy has been an amazing one. I personally love their UX and UI.

Pros: The team at Breezy is always on the scout to implement new great features. Customisation's and integrations have never been easy.

Cons: When uploading a candidates resume, at times there is a big lag. it shows that the resume upload is on 100% done however it actually isn't. You can't help but repeat the process till the upload is finally done.

Pros: I appreciate that the software is simple and very straightforward. Easy to navigate and if there are any questions, customer service is a message away. Email templates are amazing.

Cons: I wish there were some kind of software to show WHERE my applicants were applying from. Since my company is a location sensitive company it is just a waste of time to call/ email an applicant to see where they are. My only complaint.

Pros: Having the notifications on everything that happens within on breezy, i think its great as i am constantly aware of what is going on

Cons: It isn't very clear on the homepage whats new and what is not, for example when i have a trial shift i really need to look where as i would love for this to be sent to me in a notification.

Pros: Ease of use in moving from screen to screen. I love how easy it is to see where all the candidates are in the process. Also, the auto emails are such a time saver!

Cons: sometimes when moving applicants from stage to stage in the pipeline the box will drop before i release it

Pros: I am able to build an automated recruitment process and move candidates through the application process very quickly. Additionally, I can collaborate with my hiring team to review and discuss candidates. The system is extremely user friendly on both a PC/Tablet/Mobile device.

Overall: Recruitment, automation, qualifications, interview scheduling. Those are my favorite features. Overall a fantastic program!

Great way to share between multiple teams and create a funnel for your onboarding process.

Pros: A centralized system that stores your information and keeps you up to date on your onboardjng process and where you are currently at with your applicants.

Cons: Easier implementation in Slack would be good. Adding a functionality in slack that includes similar functionality to the App.

Pros: the easy use of it, you dont need ny training to start using breezy. Also, the features of sending the emails automatically to your candidates when you are moving them, just automized such a large part of our recruitment process. We are extremely happy with that, and it saves us a lot of time

Cons: the limited amount of positions you can have open with every account. Its difficult to pick the right plan for you, as we for example sometimes have 25 positions open and sometimes only 1. So you have to pay the full price while you dont even need it all the time. I would recommend change your pricing plans.

Overall: Saving time, better communication with candidates, nobody gets lost in the process, you can offer the right customer service to your candidates

Logical framework, user friendly. A few bugs once in a while but for the most part does its job!

Pros: The buckets for sorting candidates are my favorite part of this software. Support team responds immediately if I have a question. Makes it easy to work as a team and remotely.

Cons: Frequently the system will crash or not work, and I'll have to wait a half hour and then check back. When it's working it's great, but it's really frustrating to go in and make notes on your candidates and find that suddenly all your buckets have reverted back to default. Usually problems fix themselves but it's very inconvenient.

Overall: Makes my job easy to organize and I'm more productive! Thanks!

Pros: The software was very nice looking and very easy to use. I really do not have anything else to add.

Cons: The software was not a great value for the dollar. I did not have a single hire and I ended up abandoning it.

Pros: While posting the job on BreezyHR, every job is posted to many job portal which is helpful to get more resumes in an easy way. It saves more time to source ideal candidate.

It's a good basic ATS for small to mid sized companies based on hiring needs.

Pros: Presentation is simple to get spot on, and the funnelling is simple. The whole team has visibility on who's applying, and where they are in the process. It's also super simple to use other recruiter tools to plug in - I can't think of a downside.

Cons: If I'm really picking, perhaps more customisation on the landing pages - plus, I'd like to see more templates for the automated messaging

Pros: task based hiring process as well as the pipeline overview. The commenting capability and mentioning is making working in teams more smooth and efficient.

Cons: The cost is high especially for companies in MENA region where devaluation of local currencies makes anything priced in $ very expensive.

Overall: better talents, easier and smoother hiring process with clear KPIs

Cons: Can't post very many jobs at once. Cost is not effective, the option to resend a trigger if it doesn't trigger isn't available

Pros: Easy to onboard, clean design, can tweak to fit your specific needs. Love the messaging and calendaring, too!

Cons: I wish they'd implement a system to make user-specific viewing options. Not all of the people involved in hiring need to be a part of each stage of the pipeline.

Overall: Automates a lot of the recruitment process, gives me a lot of control, meets my budget limits.

We have started to use Breezy a couple of months ago and the overall experience was really good.

Pros: How easy is to source and add candidates, create a new position and search candidates. We use a lot the chrome extension for linkedin or indeed. Also how to colaborate between the hiring team.

Cons: The way you need to add general coments about each position, is not the best. You need to add a kind of propoerty, but i think is better to have more like a paragraph to put this information.

Overall: Fast and easy custom implementation. Also the reports and the search are awesome.

Breezy is great tool for myself and our company to use

Pros: It is very friendly to use. It's easy to keep track of candidates that we interviewed and candidates that we have not yet spoken too. It also lets us categorize candidates that we want to move forward with and candidates that we could revisit in the future.

Cons: One thing that I feel would help is if we could find candidates based off the location of the job/project. Most times we have resumes that come from all over the country so it can be tough to find candidates for the specific location

Even though its a great product, Breezy is very slow and unsuited for high volume recruitment

Cons: 1. No place to put test scores for candidates
2. No place to view today's call list of candidates providing mobile/email data in a easy to use view
3. Each applicant takes too much time to open up. Very difficult to use in a high volume scenario.
4. Email application sometimes do not show up clearly especially when job posting is on 3rd party site - in such a case one has to go back again to that site.

Overall: Nothing

We changed over from another system and Breezy has streamlined our process!

Pros: I like how a candidates window pops up without going to a separate screen and the layout of the pipeline.

Cons: The homepage - I would want to see a summary of all the open position pipelines first. Another con would be that candidates can't be moved from one company to another. It would be convenient to be able to do that.

It'd be great if we can post at least 3 positions and receive max 5 candidates in a plan.

Pros: It's all in one! Easy to use and it's very nice that we can also synchronize with Facebook and other social media.

Cons: 1 active candidate and 1 active candidate pool are not OK for us. :( We're just startup and we don't want to purchase the other plans as here in Myanmar, the candidates are not used to it and they don't know how to apply it when we post our vacancy on Facebook.

Overall: Time-saving!

Pros: The software is very intuitive and easy to use. It has a great workflow and I love that you can customize so many things, such as the email templates and workflow steps themselves.

Cons: I don't like that you can't save attachments and info to a candidate when you move them to a new position. For example, info attached to the candidate in one role gets lost when they are moved/added to a new role.

Overall: Ease of use and a great way to store candidates.

Pros: I love that my job postings will be seen on job boards like Indeed, and that I have options to vamp of my marketing efforts. I also love the ease of managing applicants through the recruiting process with Breezy HR! Oh, and I love the affordability!

Overall: I am able to use technology as a small business owner that is not only affordable but cuts down my work time.

Pros: - Kanban style interface for stages
- Options for automating emails and questionnaire based on applicant stage
- UI/UX is generally good

Cons: - There are frequent noticeable (usually minor) bugs
- Based on some of the bugs I've seen, I don't believe their software engineering process is very robust. Makes me concerned about the quality of the software and it's long-term usefulness.
- Not all the UI/UX is good...they use a lot of modals and tabs, which I find frustrating. Requires more clicking around than would otherwise seem necessary with a different layout.
- The resume parsing and social media lookup isn't as robust as Workable

So far, I like the process and the ability to internally share feedback.

Pros: I like that you are able to contact candidates right through the software. The pipeline view of candidates provides an organized, visual way to review candidates.

Cons: The format of the resumes that come in are often messed up. You also have to enter a credit card even to use the free version

Overall: Easy to reach many job sites.

Pros: The software is very attractive and has tons of options for notes, pipeline design, and candidate rating. The custom application was brilliant. Adding a few paragraph answers made it easy to weed out unqualified candidates.

Cons: It was not all that easy to remember where all of the options and settings were located. There was so much that you could customize, and it seemed like some of the options were hidden away.

Overall: Easy candidate sorting and easy rating. This has made the selection process much easier!

Pros: I enjoyed the feature of the pipeline. It helped me transition the applicants efficiently as well as utilize the templates at the times I wanted. To have everything in one area was very nice.

Cons: It felt slightly overwhelming at first and the online videos /tutorials did not go quite as long as scheduled and felt a bit rushed, but I did grasp after watching a few times.

Overall: The streamlining of the site between different departments within the company.

The setup of the site itself is not super user friendly.

Pros: I like that several people can weigh in on a candidate. I like the presentation of the pipeline columns.

Cons: I feel like the fee to post to LinkedIn was higher than I would pay just posting myself. I don't like that the pipeline is not the main thing you see.

Overall: I only had to post a job once and it was posted to several sites.

Great option for a quick posting, but needs a few more things to make it more useful.

Pros: Easy to post a job using the template provided. Great to be able to add as many team members/hiring managers as necessary for each position.

Cons: The category options should always have an 'other' option, and then the ability to type in your own category. I was unable to properly list a 'quality engineer' using the options available at this time.

Pros: Uploading sourced candidates is so easy; all of the relevant info is populated for me. Connects to my G-Suite account so I can email and schedule interviews from one screen. I can create my own stages and even send email templates automatically as people move through the stages.

Pros: It is very easy to set up automatic responses. I love the questionnaire option that allows me to know more about the individual that is applying for the role. I highly recommend this to anyone that needs an ease of use and wants a lot of applicants to work with! Fantastic!

Pros: All candidates receive a response about their process and I don´t forget any stage about all of them

Overall: All candidates can be rejected, accepted, filtered with questionaries, I save a lot of time and the customer service of the company has increase significantly. I actually love that all documents can be upload from candidate´s or ourselves, indeed I used the linkedin platform to do hunting and it is very easy to add from google chrome all the profiles I want to contact for a process.

Pros: I enjoy the ease of the pipeline, a lot of neat features. The ability to email candidates on the system itself works out pretty well too.

Cons: A simplified way to move users after clicking on them, currently when you move them, they still show up on the drop-down list. I'm not saying this is a con, but hoping to see a blackout feature which allows admins to black or blank out names/education on resumes, or the candidate themselves.

Pros: Easy to see who we are interviewing and the resumes are entered into the system. Save time not having to sort who has applied.

Cons: Hard to find out who is scheduled if you are not invited in the msg. We are a small team and all interview even if not invited. Hard to navigate the cal.

Pros: Automation and customization features around the pipeline. Each department is able to set up a pipeline that reflects their interview process. Being able to automatically send emails externally and gather feedback internally is very helpful.

Cons: Feels slow, spend more time waiting for load then performing actions. I'm tired of seeing that spinner while it loads up candidate info.

Pros: Collaboration is really easy, with good tools for discussing and comparing opinions of candidates. Emailing, especially with pre-scheduling and templates, is really well done. The ability to set triggers when moving candidates around (e.g. when this candidate gets rejected send them the rejection template email) is super useful as well.

Cons: Some UI issues still remain, for example you can't drag candidates from the leftmost column to the rightmost without dropping them in the middle somewhere (hopefully that doesn't trigger something).

We also had some issues with detection/autoloading of candidate resumes into their profile.

Overall, pros by far outweigh cons.

Pros: The user interface and differing options for dashboard views makes it a flexible tool that allows you to use it based on your own individual viewing preferences and work style.

Cons: A little tricky to navigate back to where I started once I get to a detailed level. The architecture confuses me a bit.

Pros: Interface is very friendly and convenient. I really like idea of dragging candidates between hiring phases.
Customer Service was also helpful and responsive.
The connection to Indeed also very smooth and useful

Cons: Had issues with documents. Cover letters aren't included if candidate attached a file and not write it down
hard tie figuring out how to connect to other job listings that not in the list like in professional sites

Overall: Saved me time and effort with working with excel sheets to keep track on candidates, and folder full of CVs.
I can access their files fast and easily before interviews, and send pre-made emails with response according to their successes.
Also the division of phases (failed screening, 1st interview etc.) is great and helps me to keep track on the hiring process, especially when getting hundreds of applications.

Pros: I love how everything is automatically entered and sorted by the system. Long gone are the days of me downloading each resume from my emails, naming the file, placing it in some folder and trying to remember who's who. It's nice to be able to categorise them at a glance with Breezy.

Cons: At first it was a bit tricky to get used to using to get full functionality - but maybe that's just me! I think I'd benefit from some videos. Maybe I should look that up.

Overall: It made it easier to weed through candidates and find the best person for the job. It keeps everyone in the same place and saves me having to use a million folders on my desktop to categorise everyone.

It's very interactive and enjoyable to work with.

Pros: I like the fact that there is an actual pipeline and you can see the progress of candidates moving forward and being disqualified. I also enjoy the automated emails that you can send when it comes to sending out pre-screens or rejections.

Cons: One con I could point out is sometimes when I try to import a resume to a pipeline they don't always load.

Overall: Keeps up with all our applicants, sends automated emails and request, can customize pipeline in multiple ways, have the option to promote positions.

Pros: Categories - I can easily drag and drop candidates through the pipeline and see status of all candidates for a position. Great visual and it's fun to use.

Cons: The automated messaging is a bit confusing, it's hard to know if a candidate will be auto-emailed when you move them through candidates unless you check the settings first.

Overall: Ease in managing my candidates. Previously I was just using my email inbox and folders to store / organize applicants, this is a vast improvement and simpler than other technologies I evaluated.

Pros: Easy for hiring managers to use and track. so it didn't take a lot of time to train them on the use.

Cons: There aren't enough features and on-boarding options. No integration with HRIS systems or background checks.

Pros: Functionality, ease of use, and affordable for small teams starting out.
We needed something that was going to streamline the applicant process for us, however that allowed us to house video interviewing and was easy for our hiring managers to use. After demo'ing several other applicant tracking systems- this was the clear winner for us.

Cons: There were a few cases where I needed to get immediate support and would need to wait on someone to reply back. Eventually someone did respond, but it was definitely a bit of a wait.

Overall: Helps us organize our application process and sort through candidates from applying to hire process.

Great experience overall, but it's a bit annoying that the next level up jumps to a higher price

Pros: Easy to use, lots of out of the box features and easy to setup! Really fast setup and great connections to free job boards, etc

Cons: The pricing structure because right now we only have 4 openings and I don't want to have to pay an additional per month for one extra opening.

I have been using Breezy in two companies and found it to be an excellent tool.

Pros: Agile board inspired UI, workflows, questionnaires, team collaboration etc. features that make this software shine.

Cons: It is an evolving product and admin/settings functionality could benefit from some ux improvements. But overall - great job.

Unbeatable bang for the buck!

Pros: Great user interface, very easy to get started and create a job page for your website as well as instantly blast the job posting out to all the big career sites. There's even a solid mobile app for you to view candidates.

Cons: Not much I don't like about Breezy, but if I had to choose one thing it would be the fewer options for customisability on the job pages.

It has made my hiring experience easier and customized.

Pros: I like how I can customize so many aspects of our company's hiring process. I also like that I can make so much of it automated.

Cons: Sometimes because there are a lot of functions, things don't work like you think they should. You have to go back and find that one nitty gritty detail that is messing up your whole operation and fix it.

Overall: It really helps to automate a lot of grunt work that I was having to do before. It does make the hiring process more organized and effective.

Pros: I love how easy it is to share information within the hiring team and to review and communicate with candidates, even when you have a high volume of applicants. The interface is good - I just jumped in and started using the software. The Help/online chat staff quickly (immediately) and helpfully answered the few questions I had.

Cons: I found that I lost work a few times when I was creating interview guides as there is (was?) no autosave. No real concerns, just the odd minor annoyance.

Overall: Improved the speed (and ease) of our recruiting process.
Improved information sharing between hiring team members.
Great ability to manage applicant submissions and information in one easy to use spot.

Great product, simple to set up and get started.

Pros: The cloud based software is very intuitive, and if you have any questions, the FAQs are easy to search and follow along with.

Cons: My only compliant is the pricing structure. I wish they would offer some more flexibility on the plans.

In general, it is great.

Pros: It's very easy to use for anyone - even people who are not experienced with this type of software. It's very easy to learn how to use it and it has saved us a lot of time.

Cons: There is a copy option to copy applicants from one position to the other but it does not copy any of the notes or files you have made. Also, when downloading attachments they need to be done one at at time.

Overall: It keeps us organised.

Great place to rate, store, leave notes on candidates that can be easily shared internally.

Pros: I like that I can move them through a process. Have them in different stages, rate them for their skills, and also a nice place to follow up with dates times and notes.

Cons: Having to sometimes refresh my feed in order to have changes saved. Sometimes when I click out of a long note without having it saved all of my data is lost, and during good conversations it's impossible to recover. I wish there was an "are you sure you want to leave page/ data is not saved cue when clicking out of a window that has information in it that was mistakenly not saved.

Pros: I enjoy discovering new ATS and Breezy is one of the most suitable ones I found since has great usability, and helps to improve pipelines.

Cons: trial period is short to make an evaluation but still you can make an appreciation of all the features.
Priced is similar to others.

Overall: administer better candidate pool

Pros: Let's face it. Recruiting is now all about managing data. A firehose of candidates needs to be filtered down to the very best qualified, so utilizing recruiters' time most effectively means we need an intuitive tool that can easily be customized. BreezyHR is the perfect solution. Now we don't have to change the way we recruit to fit our ATS. BreezyHR is the only solution where we can customize the information we collect from applicants, and then review that information in a way that saves time. This means our candidates can become employees even faster than ever because of BreezyHR. Aside from amazing user interface and customization ability, their tech support is the finest. If we ever have a question about how a feature works, or how we can use existing features to achieve our goal, we simply click the little chat bubble, and within minutes, our BreezyHR staff person is right there with an answer. When there is something we want that the program isn't designed to do, their answer is always positive. "Great idea. We will look into that and get back to you." From the moment our recruiters began using BreezyHR, they were sold! I don't think we could pry it out of their hands now.

Cons: Handling applicant data in groups, like moving everyone in one pipeline stage to another, or sending an entire group of applicants in a pipeline stage a mass email is not a feature. We would also like any applicants to go through a filter and be marked if they are already in a "pool" so we know that they are an applicant we have previously interviewed or reviewed. Right now, there is no way to know if someone who applies for one job has previously applied and/or been scored or interviewed for another one of our positions.

Pros: I really enjoyed the drag and drop functionality - this makes Breezy enjoyable and easy to use. I would really recommend Breezy to any business wanting to adopt tech for the first time or even if one of the larger competitors have disappointed you. Breezy is easy to setup and understand. You can get your hiring team up and running with a great recruiting solution within minutes. Breezy has some great features which compete with some of the more expensive options which is quite amazing. You can easy post jobs to multiple platforms like job boards, social media and LinkedIn on a free or paid option.

Cons: I could not really notice any cons as you can use it on a trial basis, also their no need to commit long term if you do not want. Also the price is very competitive so the investment required is also quite low.

Pros: I love the fact that you can control a job posting from one portal. I can't remember how many times I'd have to go between tens of sites with different logins, styles of postings etc, in order to edit/remove an ad.

Overall: Breezy has made is easy to view/edit/remove postings from all sites through one portal. Also, it's been so much easier managing all applicants when they come through a central source - and we can sort them as we see fit. This is great so that we don't unintentionally miss anyone. The reporting is fantastic too!

It is an awesome experience. I do not have to worry about candidates application management.

Pros: Its automatic mail functionality. It is giving an ease to reject or select an application and if any mistake done it gives us 24 hours to correct.

Comments: The staff was very helpful and very responsive!

Pros: It's very simple to use, very clean and not too confusing like some other software I've used. I like the features, they have a score cards for candidates that you could easily customize. I found this to be their most unique feature. Most other tracking systems have a generic star rating.

Cons: They are a fairly new company, and that scared me away at first. But seems like they have come a long way.

Adds superpowers to your recruiting pipeline.

Pros: It's simple to set up.
Everyone should have a career-portal
Breezy scales to larger teams, it's collaborative, the UI/UX is very clear
Breezy has a lot of automation features + it's great to have all your communication with recruits in one view
Breezy suggests a standard process, but allows you to go as complex as you want.
The support is great, SIMPLY GREAT :)

Cons: Like any web software I sometimes time-out and have to reconnect after i come out of stand-by (but well the few seconds wait are worth the synchronization with everyone else).

Some features I want to use are paid, but we are way to small to be worth the investment, maybe create a more more flexible fremium model with credits for use of premium features.
