Also made it very simple and free flowing during audits. The Mango consultant is very knowledgeable with the system and was extremely helpful with any query. We are extremely satisfied with the Mango System Pros The set up of the documents where you are able to add the links to other relevant documents, procedures and files for ease of reference. Audit set up where you can raise improvements linked and traceable to the audit, add links to records and upload pictures to show evidence. Supplier management and assessments are simple to control. Events module simplifies scheduling and eliminates the risk of forgetting tasks and reviews, and the great part of reporting of tasks that is being neglected. E-Learning and HR module assists with maintaining competency records Overall great all in one Quality Management System Cons There are some minor bugs in the system. (sometimes with numbering on templates when you add the "." but you get to work around it) The system is built to accommodate organisations with multiple sites but when you only have one site, you still have to complete some modules/templates with site information, it is just drop boxes but at times can be a pain. The improvements module can be better configured, It is where you raise NC's, CA's, continual improvements, customer complaints etc... You have to filter the register. It would also be an idea to be able to create an event from the improvement to review effectiveness after closing. Our organization is currently in the process of translating several eLearning courses to simplified Chinese and Thai. Cons There are some limitations to the number of languages that can be translated. That has caused my organization to potentially look at other vendors.
