Pros

For me, Personio is mainly a really simple way to request and track my days off work.

Cons

This may be due to my organization's admin settings, but it would be great if it were possible to input past vacations as well. Sometimes I make my requests directly to my manager and forget to put it in Personio, and then the system doesn't reflect the correct number of days off for me.

It's intuitive. It doesn't take long to understand the tools. And the costumer service is always so nice and friendly. They really want to understand the problem and help! Really great team!!

Cons

The document template function often does not work properly and it takes long to change it.

Pros

Personio bietet eine übersichtliche, hilfreiche Abbildung der Mitarbeiter und deren Stammdaten. Die Verwaltung von Prozessen zu Onboarding, Urlaub etc. ist sehr einfach und Anträge und Freigaben funktionieren unkompliziert. Sehr hilfreich ist auch die Individualisierung des Onboarding-Prozesses, so konnten wir auf verschiedene Standorte eingehen und den Prozess für alle vereinfachen.

Cons

Die Implementation war mit einigem Zeitaufwand verbunden und die Bedienbarkeit nicht allzu intuitiv. Hat man einmal diverse Rollen eingestellt, sind sie auch sehr starr. In dem Bereich würde Ich mir mehr Flexibilität wünschen.

easy to use, good for small and mid size companies because it offers a lot of functions and it is easy to handle and organize the employee data etc . For us data security is an important point, that was one of the reasons for choosing personio user friendly very good value for the money nice features very friendly and fast customer support

it is a general solutions, so some features part could be still improved e.g be more detailed

not good unfortunatelly, even thought the support was very helpfull the tool lacked some core features we needed ( holydays customization and miassive exports)

Pros

not very much unfortunatelly. If i had to find a pro it would be the fact that is was usefull to find informations about the employees

Cons

the hr side is hard to user from the user side and from the admin console, the holydays can't be customized and are very strict. onverall the UI is lacking

Pros

Personio is a nice tool in the overall, it has the majority of the expected features of such a tool. It has a decent UI, and most of the times help you to perform the tasks. The calendars and holiday scheduling things are good, the holiday "calculator" is an example of a nice implementation.

Cons

It is very unstable and unpredictable, there are a lot of features, but they are not very well implemented. For example, things like email scheduling, report of email-threads, message exchange and interview-reviews are not good, frequently you have to send a message more than once, or you receive duplicated entries on your calendar... The interviews-reviews are very poor, you don't have options to create evaluations for different types of interviews, templates or any sort of automation.

We have not had any sort of HR system implemented. Personio has competent employees that take their time to adapt to your needs. It has so far increased productivity and employee satisfaction.

Pros

The design as well as structure / set up. Their support / help page is one of the most useful and helpful I have used.

Cons

As there are so many options, it does take a moment or two to get your head around the complexity.

Reason for choosing Personio

I have had the pleasure of meeting the early CEO founder and was instantly drawn to the product. Everyone seems to identify with the company and its reflected on how they sell and implement the product.

For us it was the best basement to start with home office, flex times and regulations for over hours. Without Personio this would have end up in paperwork mess. Next step is to do our monthly payment automated over Personio.

Pros

How easy the implementation was and how fast all colleagues started using and loving it.

Cons

Here and there it needs improvement but hey... its a start up and they are on the best way possible.

I got to know the program Personio at Financheck. We have all the contracts, contract changes and supplements as well as payroll in one program! The platform is super confident and easy to understand for everyone. The vacations can be taken in and out at will and all requirements as well as HR are directly on the screen. Can I only recommend and do not want to give it up.

\- broad functionality and coverage for a lot of areas in HRM - permanent development and frequent implemention of new functions - German product with legally considered functions

\- sometimes not intuitive enough, especially if you don't use it daily - report function still has some bugs, that make it sometimes kind of useless/not correct enough

The customer service is great and we had a great implementation time.

Pros

This software allows to really customise it to our HR process needs and set up different subsidies in different countries easily. The weekly calls during the implementation phase really ensured that the entire set up worked out as we hoped for.

Cons

There is not a single thing I don't like- but one really has to read the how to articles since some settings can be more challenging and complex than expected.

Pros

The on-boarding for the employees was quite easy, it´s almost self-explained. As an admin you can configurate each role with different rights. The customer support not only in the implementation phase but also after the go-live is very friendly and helpful.

Cons

There are still several features that aren´t offered by Personio but would be very helpful and would facilitate a lot. Besides there should be offered more API´s and an integrated shift plan system.

Convincing cost-benefit-ratio. German software, data security. Great customer support.

Pros

Die Software bietet einen hervorragenden Umfang und ist absolut übersichtlich. Die Schritte der Implementierung sind wunderbar ausgearbeitet. Die Bedienung ist selbst erklärend und leicht. Onboarding und Offboarding nach eigenen Wünschen konfigurierbar.

Cons

Nachdem ich rundum Zufrieden bin, kann ich hier eigentlich nichts anmerken. Preislich sollte man sich aber mal Gedanken machen...

\- Reminder of anniversary could definitely be improved - Birthday calendar in Outlook should be part of your own calendar - right now it\`s a seperate one
