I really like the professional implementation process!

Pros

Personio makes the overall recruiting prozess easier and transparent. What I like the most is the function to share applications within the team. Moreover I like the various templates for feedback, contract etc. - there is a lot of HR knowhow within the tool.

Cons

There are a few functions which could be more intuitive - the good thing is that Personio is open for feedback and I hope that they will implement some new features in the future.

Cons

There are some functionalities missing compared to bigger HR Softwares. But I think these will be added over the time.

Excellent experience so far - We are currently growing in MENA region and Personio team was very happy to adapt settings for us to make it usable in Jordan and Lebanon.

Pros

Easy to use and to adapt to our needs - definitely recommended

Cons

Since we work with multiple cost centres per employee due to project funding, it is tricky to use Personio to manage this.

Pros

Personio is very easy to use, is improving its functions and features constantly and has a very good customer service team. It is perfect for startup companies

Cons

The reporting section does not work very well, some functions and features are missing, but Personio will improve this section shortly

Pros

Easy-to-use ATS that can be integrated in every channel you can think of

Cons

UI could be a a little bit better. I see constant progress but it’s still not a „beautiful“ product.

It gives us, as a young business the overview that we need. Of people. working and absence periods, as well as employee growth and fluctuations and other great tools for tracking performance- on an individual basis, as well as for the entire business.

Pros

Easy to use, very intuitive and self explanatory. Additionally, nearly EVERYTHING is adjustable to suit your individual needs and even unusual company set ups. Great reporting functions. Implementation process was clear and super pleasant,our rep did a fantastic and very patient job!

Cons

Cannot currently be linked to Datev, a software for calculating wages.

Well designed and smart HR tool that comes with all relevant functionalities. In addition, great customer service if something should go wrong. I have used four HR tools so far and Personio is by far the best.

Pros

The new dashboard landing page gives me all relevant information at one glance. It comes with a very nice design that provides me with all required functions I need.

Cons

Personio is very easy to use and after 10 minutes you should be able to use all features quite well. However, I think in some points it could be even more intuitive.

Pros

It lets me as an employee book my calendar vacations. That is literally it. and even that feature is not perfect.

Cons

It is ugly, the UX is not well thought. You have to keep asking for help to find where is what. It is expensive for the low quality that it provides.
