Es erleichtert meine tägliche Arbeit enorm und hilft dabei, Prozesse zu verschlanken und zu optimieren. Pros Es stellt die Daten im Live-Betrieb zur Verfügung. Es gibt also keine bzw. nur geringfügige Zeitverzögerung in der Abbildung der Daten. Das ist hervorragend! Hinzu kommt, dass zwischen Stammbelegschaft und Bewerbungsmanagement in kürzester Zeit gewechselt werden kann. Ich bin begeistert! Cons Dass man aus dem Recruiting keine Dokumente generieren kann! Dies wäre für den Einstellungsprozess von großem Vorteil (z.B. Other than being a comprehensive piece of software their customer support is exceptional. They are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. The webinars are a great feature as well providing a perfect way to gain deeper insights into the platform. Pros Its incredibly user friendly making it accessible even for those with limited IT skills. It offers remarkable flexibility and adaptability, particularly in the seamless integration of administration and recruiting tasks. Personio streamline nearly half of our workflow, allowing for excellent employee involvement across various processes. The role assignment feature is highly effective and well planned. Cons It would have been nice to be able to integrate it with a few other software. We dont have any complaints though. Personio certainly does its job really well. Cons Viele Basisfunktionen sind mittlerweile buggy. Viele MA bekommen bspw. Fehlermeldungen beim einloggen oder leere Bildschirme, wenn auf Buttons geklickt wird. Personio bietet die Möglichkeit, die Ausstattung eines neuen Mitarbeiters (m/w/d) über ein System heraus anzustoßen und dabei den Status immer im Blick zu haben. So auch bei einem Austritt. Cons Unfortunately KPI tracking (for recruiting) is not a strength and a lot of data has to be drawn manually or cannot be tracked at all. This allows my employees to access their own information, such as their timesheets, vacation requests, and benefits. It's a great way to give my employees more control over their own data.I also love the reporting features in Personio. These reports give me insights into my workforce, such as employee turnover rates, time off trends, and salary ranges. In Zeiten des hybriden Arbeitens schaffen wir so attraktive Arbeitsmöglichkeiten. Wir können mithilfe von Personio ein Self-Service für unsere Belegschaft anbieten. Die Mitarbeiter/-innen können demnach ihre eigenen Daten und Dokumente einsehen sowie Änderungen ganz einfach online beantragen. Auch Führungskräfte profitieren von der digitalen und ganzheitlichen Übersicht ihrer Mitarbeiter/-innen.
