Cons

Partially the UX/UI can be improved: If not parametrized properly, it can be a bit confusing.

We have gone through the trial and completed the launch for our startup probably half way. For reasons not related to the product or customer service we had to abort the integration of personio at that time. The intro sessions with personio staff was very professional and super pleasant!

Pros

The personio dashboard is super intuitive and easy to grasp. It provides a rich feature set, which could be perfectly tailored to our needs.

Cons

The price tag is a bit high for a small startup, although reasonable for the amount of features personio provides.

Recruiting can still be a bit more well thought-through, calendar invitation not editable, some kind of CV parsing would be nice

Good overview of all aspects regarding HR. Employee information, employee development, recruiting etc.

Pros

Good overview, many helpful features. You see all your employees with all the information needed, you can upload docs. Other colleagues can use Personio with limited access. The recruiting section gives a good overview of your job ads and all incoming applications and the applicants. Personio gives very good support to the administrator and has many helpful videos and documents to explain the software.

Cons

It's not always easy to find all the features and it takes some time to understand the settings. I had a hard time with the access authorization for other colleagues for example. And I still find it hard to enter the right bonus system.
