"Works super easily and great value for money for startups"

**Pros:** For a startup, Charlie HR works great. It has much of the functionality (almost all) that you would ever need even with some pretty niche use cases and it is presented in a very simple way - it may not be the most beautiful but it's easily understood by everyone.

**Cons:** NO API!!! Not having an API meant we couldn't connect it with services like our office booking platform... so annyoing
