Since this was my first time using a virtual data room, I initially found the idea a little intimidating, but Digify made the whole process quite simple. The interface is easy to understand, and the Digify team has been very supportive whenever I needed help. Overall, it has made managing and sharing documents much easier for me. I would definitely recommend Digify to others looking for a simple and reliable virtual data room. Pros I had never used a virtual data room service before, so when I had to use one for the first time, I was honestly a little unsure about how everything would work. As a non-technical person, I was initially a bit scared of using such a system. However, with the support of the Digify team, the entire process became quite easy. The interface is also very simple and user-friendly, which made things much easier for me. Even now, whenever someone asks me which virtual data room they should use, I recommend Digify without thinking twice. Cons Overall, I am quite happy with Digify, but one issue I have noticed is with file uploading. Sometimes, if I start working on another file while a file is being uploaded, the upload pauses or sometimes even fails. In such cases, I have to upload the file again. I don't think this is a major issue, but it would be great if the uploading process could continue smoothly in the background. Feel secure that the information we are providing is safe, secure and targets those who we want to see it and what we want them to see. The analytics are useful for us to track who is viewing what. Cons The pricing is a bit of a catch you out I felt. Each time I wanted to use an additional function I had to pay more. While it isn't cheap it is better value than many other Data room packages. Pros Its easy to use and reasonably priced. Im use it for Data Rooms for my start-up clients. They need something that is functional and with some simple reporting ability so I can let them know who is accessing and for how long. Setup takes no time at all and it has most of the controls and analytics needed. Cons Some reports (Analytics Overview) can't be downloaded - ideally I'd like to have this as a PDF to use for reporting - so I have to screenshot it which is not as good in a report. It has the granular permissions, user reports needed, it's easy to set up individual VDRs, export and delete them.
