Customer service was great. I needed a product that permitted me to share information while preventing re-distribution. Digify worked as advertised. Plus, it provided an even more secure version in the event that I needed to go all out. Cons The product worked as expected. I suppose the user interface could by more attractive. It has protected my brand. Plus my team have access to it. Pros That it secures my documents. Plus gives an alert to who has signed in and viewed doc and for how long. Pros The platform allows us to store and share confidential documents in a highly secure manner. It's also very easy to use and the support provided is excellent. Cons Would be great if there's a feature where we could edit documents directly via Digify, rather than having to download and re-upload the folders. Pros Compared to other software we considered digify had by far the most straightforward UI and functionality. Cons Personalized branding and client portal is priced too far above standard package. It is important for us to be able to send individually watermarked copies of a document to individual recipients, which this product allows us to do perfectly!
