I came across Cugic.com and found the website to be very appealing. I got in touch with the Cugic team and they made me understand how it all works. I'm extremely happy to have Cugic chat on my website as it manages the excessive traffic during peak sales season. This way not a single person is left unattended due to time differences in different countries. I would recommend Cugic to everyone who's looking for a chat software for their businesses. It has added many unique, most-wanted features and presented them in a single platform. You can take out reports, talk to multiple clients, geo-target customers, video call and what not. It is very easy to use, with a simple UI and it has an option to connect with your favorite social media as well so that you can track the online presence of your brand as well. It has been designed by keeping the latest trends in mind. The developers have done a tremendous job while designing the UI of the app. Its easy to use and it can be easily understood by new users.
