  • Ease of use, the automation is incredible and has really transform my ability to outreach whilst I am doing other things. Also support is great, and fast.

  • Easy to search for the contacts and capture the leads. Email automation works best and AB testing feature helps to push the perfect email to your target audience.

  • This was software is greatly appreciated because it helps me complete my tasks very quickly keeping my clients happy.

  • My experience is good with this tool as I daily reached out to new contact so with the help of this tool I can easily reach them.

Cons

  • Questionable business practices, lost thousands of leads.

  • Their Custer service is slow to respond, and often argumentative. It also severely limits users in texting and call functionality.

  • You have to watch your sequences and how many emails are going out daily. They add up quickly and it damaged our domain reputation which took months to get back to normal.

  • Poor, and we will not be renewing. They were either dishonest or unintentionally left out important information and were not clear in their findings on the test sample I sent them.

"Saving time tool for self prospecting "

Pros: Absolutely practical. It’s so easy to search and find prospects with Apollo. If you also integrate with outreach you can minimize drastically the time spent in this task.

Cons: Sometimes Apollo gets dry and it can take some time for it to find new companies/ prospects. The filters could work better too.

" How Apollo's Smart Customer Groups Boost Your Business"

Overall: It was a pleasant experience using Apollo; very user-friendly, enhance customer interactions.

Pros: In Apollo, I appreciate the powerful and user-friendly interface, seamless integration options, and the robust analytics that empower businesses to streamline processes, enhance customer interactions, and make data-driven decisions effectively.

Cons: Only one thing Apollo is not updating employee information immediately after a change of job!

"Failed me, in the middle of a critical business trip over multiple days. No helpful support."

Overall: Low quality customer support experience. Much degraded from last year. Everything from the support chat interface that asks runs you through a wizard before each itneraction, the slowness of getting an agent, the quickness of closing the thread if after a long waiting period you step out of your desk or you end up working on another tab.Due to the company's weak support and broken functionality I was unable to properly execute an outreach campaign during an expensive business trip which was disappointing and expensive for me.

Pros: Reasonable price and feature set. Used to be much better.

Cons: Many key functionalities don't work as expected. Broken functionality due to low quality QA testing.The chrome extension has a 30% chance of working as intended. Support is too based on copy and paste templates leading to wasted time.

"Super helpful in everyday sales hustle to generate leads"

Overall: apollo is helping me get more direct and headquarter numbers as well as professional email ids of the hospitality and ecommerce leaders from india and also across the globe, helps me easing the cold reachouts to these professionals

Pros: i've been using apollo for almost more than 7 months now, and apollo has helped me generate good amount of direct numbers and professional and work email ids of the c suite level professionals from linkedin, working in the sales industry this apollo definitely plays a very important role in generating leads for cold reach outs its ui is also not too complex, a fresher can easily learn how to use the tool and its extension. i use it almost everyday to fetch details from websites and linkedin profiles

Cons: the number of credits per month is something that can be increased as it is a necessity

"Diverse functionality and user friendly interface"

Pros: The best about this software is numerous features and services which a user can access under a single platform, one can manage and engage with their leads as well as connect with them with ease. They have an excellent database , and best best thing about it is that it also get updated. While its usage is very smooth and convenient you need not be a pro or a techsaavy for using it, it can be easily used with someone with basic knowledge of this kind of software.

Cons: They should focus on their user mobile application to give users with more functionality so that they can have control over it remotely or during holidays, it seems expensive for organizations like startups or sme's, there are several other alternatives now available at comparatively lesser prices.
