"Reliable lead generation and B2B sales intelligence platform"

**Overall:** My overall experience has been positive. It has significantly streamlined our prospecting workflow. While you have to stay organized with your credits to maximize value, the quality and volume of the contact data make it a foundational tool for our sales team.

**Pros:** I like that Apollo.io scrapes data and identifies potential leads incredibly efficient across multiple databases. Which is extremely useful when you are looking for a prospects and using the filter options which really helps in building a targeted list for outbound campaigns.

**Cons:** Apollo.io uses a credit-based system can be a bit tricky to manage at first. You have to be careful with how you spend credits, especially on premium data like mobile numbers, so it requires some planning to ensure you don't run out before the end of the month.

**Reasons for Switching to Apollo.io:** We were previously paying $15,000 a year for ZoomInfo, but with Apollo, we are paying less than $100 a month for the credits we actually need. Also since Apollo scrapes emails across multiple databases sometimes a prospect's email that was found on ZoomInfo was not always accurate or available.

"Beneficial for prospecting and outreach and b2b data scraping"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with Apollo.io has been positive. It’s a powerful tool for finding leads and managing outreach, and it saves a lot of time once you’re familiar with it. While it takes some effort to learn and set up initially, it becomes very efficient for prospecting and sales workflows after that.

**Pros:** Apollo.io is easy to use and gives good contact data, making prospecting and outreach much faster and more efficient.

**Cons:** It has a bit of a learning curve at the start, especially with advanced filters and workflows. The UI can feel slightly cluttered, and initial setup takes some time to get right.
