"Beneficial for prospecting and outreach and b2b data scraping"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with Apollo.io has been positive. It’s a powerful tool for finding leads and managing outreach, and it saves a lot of time once you’re familiar with it. While it takes some effort to learn and set up initially, it becomes very efficient for prospecting and sales workflows after that.

**Pros:** Apollo.io is easy to use and gives good contact data, making prospecting and outreach much faster and more efficient.

**Cons:** It has a bit of a learning curve at the start, especially with advanced filters and workflows. The UI can feel slightly cluttered, and initial setup takes some time to get right.

"Very disappointed – pricing and credits system feels misleading"

**Overall:** Apollo has become very disappointing. Paid plans now give only ~2,500 credits, and even email-only access costs 3–10 credits per contact due to forced waterfall and unlock systems. There is no way to disable this. Email access is slower, more expensive, and unpredictable. The old simple workflow is gone. I’m unsubscribing and would not recommend it anymore.

**Pros:** In the past, Apollo offered a simple and efficient way to access business emails with predictable pricing and fast exports.

**Cons:** Unclear pricing, forced waterfall verification, slow email access, and excessive credit consumption even for email-only exports.
