### "Quick Access to Mail Addresses"

Pros

For example, when I need the e-mail address of a person in a company, I log in to Apollo and type the company's website, view the contacts from there, and click on the e-mail address of the person I want to reach the e-mail address. This is really useful stuff. Because for example we are calling the company and the secretary does not even connect the phone. Thanks Apollo.

Cons

Even a little, sometimes companies or individuals may not be in the system. Although very rarely, a person's e-mail address may be incorrect, but generally the accuracy rate is quite high.

Cons

Pros

Overall it's a great product at a competitive price. They have a decently sized database.

Cons

I was very disappointed when they placed a 10k credit limit per month when on their pricing page it says Unlimited email credits. I still think that the software and service are great, but I am so disappointed when they did this. There is no telling when they could place another limit for 1000 or 100 without any prior notice to their current users.

Pros

Great for drip email campaigns. There is flexibility to track call and/or email campaigns. Great for outbound marketing.

Cons

There are so many layers of features and it takes awhile to learn them. They have great customer service to ask questions

Pros

They have a huge lead database and among similar service, Apollo have the highest information accuracy. The search interface is also clean and well organized, very handy when looking for specific leads.

Cons

Their search engine is not intuitive, you need to have your search in perfect spelling otherwise you won't get any search result.

Pros

Easy to manage marketing campaigns and lead information. Also, their phone tool is useful as it works everywhere.

Cons

They are still struggling to have the right phone number for a couple of contacts

I am a pharmaceutical company worker. I am responsible of international export/import. Especially when it is import , i find the companies but most of them are very difficult to find respective email addresses. This is when Apollo comes handy. I find the closest person to my goal and directly e-mail them. This is why is use Apollo. Company websites fail to provide accurate email addresses and Apollo fixes this issue.

Pros

Getting related persons' email addresses of the companies we are interested in.

Cons

Actually there is nothing i dont like. I can not use the paid version. Otherwise it would be very informative. Limited version gives me only 5 pages of potential individuals and their email addresses. Also i can not make a search and i know this is not a problem on the paid version. But my company ... i can not persuade them for another expense. Especially when you live in the country of economical crisis every day.

I genuinely love the tool and all of the astronauts at Apollo.

Pros

That I can have my entire prospecting work flow be in one place. I can create lists directly in LinkedIn/SalesNav (which ever I prefer. And enrich and put into a sales sequence all in one place. The data is also top notch.

Cons

There were a few times where I had to ask someone on the Apollo team for help. So I guess maybe a little less intuitive that is ideal. (but for such a complex product as far as its capabilities I wouldn't complain too much about that.)

It's been a mostly positive experience. Using Apollo on a day-to-day basis makes me confident in the capabilities of the platform and I can easily recommend the same to everyone.

Pros

The best thing about Apollo is the vast database of accounts and leads it provides. The software is easy to use and pretty responsive. Vast chunks of data can be accessed and used quickly. The integrations with CRM platforms like Hubspot makes Apollo a must-have!

Cons

The data validation could have been better. The contact enrichment suffers at times due to poor data health.

I am pretty happy with it. The pricing is exceptional for the services they offer.

Pros

The quality and the accuracy of the data is very good. I can almost always find the correct contact details of the candidate I am looking for. I also like that you can create search lists and export them, very useful if you want to upload them to your ATS/CRM.

Cons

The interface can be pretty overwhelming at first sight. It takes a few hours to get used to it. Not a bad thing considering how many options you have in there to run search queries.

It's good, since I'm not paying for it. But I find Sales QL better as the emails that they provide are more reliable, they have a larger email database and they offer all the emails they can find.

Pros

it's free and helps find emails. I like the interface also and that I can get email without going to the prospects page on LinkedIn.

Cons

I can only find 70% of emails and it only shows one email.

I would highly recommend as a trader with over 10 years experience. Apollo Council. They are at their best when looking for legitimate leads. It made my research work a lot easier

Pros

I love that Apollo isn't just a lead generation tool, it can be used to both manage my pipeline and send streaks into an already busy workday. It helps me manage who I've been in contact with and who I'm going to talk to

Cons

There's a lot to like but it would be nice if there was a small option to detect customers who buy in the free version as I understand you need to buy a subscription to be able to filter by purchase intent but 1 potential buyer from a group of 5 pages of free leads would be great

I needed volume of contacts with verified emails and Apollo more than delivers.

Pros

1\. Sales navigator integration! 2. I run sales navigator searches on a persona and then export to Apollo. I would say over 90% have verified emails...less on phones. 3. I also use Hub SPot and integration was easy.

Cons

I have not investigated too much but i think USA is their strength and they dont have all the countries I may have been interested in. Still need to verify.

Terrible.

Pros

This companies lies about everything. On their website it CLEARLY states unlimited emails and downloads on their list. Then when you see and read their terms and conditions it limits you to 1 million. I spoke with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who gave me different information on two different calls and then spoke to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who tried to dodge every question but the facts. And the facts are I have screenshots where it says unlimited downloads. If they are lying about this and have treated other customer like crap why would anyone do business with them. So many companies with b2b lists, dont use this one.

Provider personnel who answer the main line often refuse to give out email addresses. This is frustrating as emails are often reviewed after hours and could easily be responded to at any time. Whereas a voicemail left can quickly become a game of 'phone tag' lasting for days or even weeks. Having a way to find email addresses can bypass this issue and get you in communication with the correct person in a timely manner.

Pros

Ability to acquire email addresses for the people I need to communicate with.

Cons

Sometimes finding the company name on the search does not work very well, especially if the company name has several words in the name.

Pros

I really like using this tool. It has helped me a lot with the generation of valid B2B and B2C leads which has helped a lot in prospecting contacts. The accuracy rate is about 95% and it allows you to Export leads, Create lists, and Advanced search.

Cons

I can't dislike this app. I'm enjoying every of its feature.
