They never give you any support or license keys after you've paid them their fees I would stay away from this company

Pros

I like this product because it's works with Windows and it has a nice cell phone and it looks like it's designed well but I was never able to use it because unable to get license key after I paid for it

Cons

This company is very bad. There's no way to get in touch with them there's no support there's no phone number if you try to send them an e-mail you have to have a license key to put in there's no way to get in touch with them and if you send them an email under new customer they never get back to you I have sent them several emails with no response

Nous avons installé 3CX un mois avant le confinement. Et nous l'avons encore plus utilisé lors du confinement. Toute l'équipe était en télétravail et 3CX nous a permis de garder le contact. Il est très simple d'utiliser l'interface web ou directement sur le téléphone portable.

Cons

Je ne vois aucun point négatif. 3CX est super d'utilisation.

Pros

The installation is easy. Available for windows. You can choose between several interfaces. It allows to record calls. You do not need expensive devices

Cons

There is a lack of information to integrate VoIp and residential telephony. Sometimes, whoever receives the call listens with echo

Pros

3CX is about as robust a system as I could hope for. The system can use phones from a variety of hardware manufacturers and I like that the management console gives you the ability to see who's on what call and for how long.

Cons

The learning curve for deployment and management seems a bit steep, and it may be too technical for some users who are used to a purely cloud-based management platform.

Ease of installation both premise based and cloud. It was very easy to install and setup from a provider side and user as well.

Cons

Some sections of support documents could use some updating, but not to any detriment of the product.

3CX has an easy to use and user interface, great for using on different platforms and it has a lot of useful unctions and options, overall it's a great PBX tool

Cons

It has a learning curve and set up has been a bit challenging for the less technical orientated , however the support is great. And the software does what we have expected.

Honestly the best thing about it is the cost and how much it can actually do for you. Handling the mobility and status to even all of our call center needs has been a huge help.

Cons

Not many the easy installation was a bonus haven't found many negatives thus far.

I love using this phone system, between all the features that you can implement while on phone calls, for incoming phone calls, your voicemail, conferencing, transferring, and listening in on calls. Very flexible system and would highly recommend!

Features Galore! Geeks like nothing but features and this product hands down has them all! We have even had a staff member work from there hospital bedside and no one would of known any differently that they weren't in the office.

Cons

Havent come across anything yet i least like about the product. It meets all our Business needs.

Pros

As someone new to the 3CX line I was pleased to see that it was as easy to setup as the advertised. The company was very responsive and the website has one of the most detailed in use and setup I have found.

Cons

Little. They tell you that you need local DNS however during setup I found that a local static IP works fine.

Simple and effective

Pros

Good interfaces with 3CX. Using it to train people is simplistic but not in a bad way. Takes a little to learn but is definitely worth it!

Cons

I can see people struggling to set this up if they are not tech savvy. Weird pricing - or maybe it is just the way it is set up. Support was so-so.
