Have it currently set up for several different clients, works very well for the most part despite a few ease of use drawbacks.

Pros

The admin side is relatively straightforward, remote administration through a cloud server is very convenient.

Cons

Some features are very convoluted and not user friendly. Parking a call is needlessly complicated.

### "3CX is a Great Investment"

Overall, the 3CX system is a great investment. This phone system has been a great product for our large school district. While there are numerous features available, I only use a fraction of these but attest to the high quality of this system.

Pros

There are a lot of things that I love about the 3C phone system we use at work. The feature I like most is the ability to receive voicemail through email. This convenience keeps me on top of calls and allows me to provide excellent customer service without delay.

Cons

The maximum voicemail is 2 minutes. I believe 3 minutes would allow customers time to provide more information which could help meet their needs more efficiently.

Overall 3CX is amazing and works seamlessly as I go about my day taking calls on my computer. There was some confusion with voicemail setup and I found the help menu to be lacking, but once I got the hang of it I really enjoy the ease and simplicity of this product.

Pros

The ability to turn my computer into a phone. I can use the number pad on my keyboard and press enter to dial.

Cons

My setup was initally confusing. I had a difficult time setting up my voicemail and my QR code would not scan on my phone.

### "A fantastic system"

I use the self-hosted version with a cheap VPS and pay less than £5 a month including calls on my landline. (SIP from telnyx.com)

Pros

3CX is fantastic. It is a great way to spend over 75% less and get 100% more. I have an automated voice answering system that requires the caller presses 1 and if they don't it hangs up, stopping so-called spam bot calls. The system works out of the box with Yealink (which I use) and once configured is a very very wise investment.

Cons

3CX don't offer support themselves, you need to go through a vendor. I never needed to and nailed it with self-hosted.

In generale lo trovo un gran prodotto e ben fatto. Permette un buon livello di personalizzazione, richiede un po' dimestichezza nell'installazione.

Pros

E' un gran prodotto che permette tanta personalizzazione all'utenza. La prima cosa ottima è che fornisce un abbonamento gratuito fino a 10 utenti. Usandolo come centralino ho trovato molto comodo importare i contatti o connettervi un server Exchange. Ottime anche tutte le regole per instradare le telefonati ai vari interni.Inoltre, è presente un forum con tanti utenti, sempre attivi e pronti a dare una mano.

Cons

Quello sui cui si dovrebbe ancora lavorare è la stabilita e volume delle chiamate, che sì dipende dalla connessione, ma avendo una fibra FTTH molto veloce alcune volte il ricevente non sente bene o alcune volte la telefonata si interrompe.

Ho utilizzato il prodotto principalmente per la comunicazione interna all'azienda anche con persone a distanza e per l'instradamento e invio di chiamate dall'interno all'esterno tramite un semplice comando.Certe volte era necessario un tecnico per rispristinare bug dell'applicazione mobile che non riconosceva alcuni numeri associati.

Pros

Utile per le chiamate, chat simultanee e in tempo reale, centralino interno all'azienda su dispositivi mobili ma anche tra contatti esterni all'azienda. Facilità nell'instradamento delle chiamate come una sorta di call center. Facile personalizzare numeri e utenti all'interno dei gruppi.

Cons

Interfaccia utente migliorabile, soprattutto da dispositivi mobili, bisognerebbe renderla più accattivante e personalizzabile.

Overall this is a great software program for any company that gets a high volume of calls

Pros

I like that you can set your status , and that it shows if you are on the phone, if you have a voicemail, etc.

Cons

I will say this system was a lot harder for the older generation employees to train on. For other people it was intuitive.

I'm never using a traditional VOIP desktop phone or mobile after using 3CX. This application works incredibly well regardless of how you use it. It's incredibly consistent and reliable; an outstanding product for fast-paced workplaces.

Pros

Functionality and ease of use from the user end, and the robustness of the management console from the administrator's end.

Cons

Sometimes an account/users can be removed or signed out of a service. The fix is simple and easy once you know how to do it.

Nos permitió sustituir los equipos de telefonía VoIP tradicionales físicos, por software de computadora facil de utilizar, ademas de que la implementación permitio ahorrar en costos a la empresa.

Pros

La facilidad de instalación para los usuarios que van a utilizar el software y lo intuitivo del mismo para que el usuario pueda comprender su uso de forma rapida, en este caso dicho programa esta implementado en una agencia automotriz, los usuarios cuentan con dicho software instalados en sus computadoras y en sus telefonos celulares, lo que les permite estar comunicados siempre en caso de ser necesario.

Cons

Hasta este momento no encuntro alguna evaluación negativa al software.

The Overall experience with 3CX has been very Good. Before 3CX we used Asterisk. Though Asterisk does good work, what it lacked was a proper telephone system useful for Businesses.

Pros

3CX is a perfect Phone system for Businesses. It is one of the best product in the market when it comes to SIP and VOIP Telephone Systems

Cons

3CX has worked perfectly for me so far so it is difficult for me to list down what I like least about it.

We have switched to 3CX as an organization for several months now and we are very satisfied. Before the transition, we used open source applications and it took a lot of effort. Setting up and using 3CX was very easy and hassle-free. The best part is that it supports all vendors. Establishing links with other branches or exits and redirects is very simple. Compared to other telephone systems, the prices are very affordable. The part I like the most is the mobile application. So, if you are not near your desk phone, you can easily manage the calls, even you can manage the calls from abroad. Another advantage is video conferencing, which frees you from the licensing and financial costs required for other video conferencing solutions.

Pros

I think it's great to have software, because if you have an office in a remote location and an employee works there, you need to set up communications and buy the necessary equipment for them to use the internal phone, that's what it takes. a lot of foreign funds. However, through the application, the employee uses his computer or smartphone.

Cons

Sometimes, when a new user is added, the phone book of some phones is updated late. This will take 15-20 minutes of your time
