### "VOIP and Soft Phones"

The experience with 3cx was great, along with the company that oversaw the upgrade once everything was in place and ready to go we switched off our analogue system overnight and removed desk phones the next day.

Pros

The 3cx software makes remote changes a breeze. The ability to allow end users access to a phone over their computer without a physical phone saves cost of a phyisical phone. Users have reported that it is easy to use both making and receiving calls and have noticed no quality loss from our old phone system. It is infinitly easier to administer than our old system and i would not go back under any circumstances, even at the cost of my employment.

Cons

The software has no cons, the only issues i have with any part of this are unrelated to the software just the servers hosting and in places were physical phones are installed.

Reason for choosing 3CX

It was highly recommended by the chosen vendor that worked with us on the install. Compatible with a vast number of phones and computer systems.

The interface is easy to you. It's useful to have a chat function too. Option of an app which is good when you're on the move

Cons

Relatively basic software, I'm not aware of many additional features. The interface, although easy to use, is quite basic looking. It could look slightly more modern.

### "Simplifying our communications"

3cx has given us a great communications platform, not only with telephonic solutions, but with our video and fax needs. Reception and IVR handling has been extremely easy. 3CX has become an invaluable product for our company to sell, host and maintain for out clients and boosted our value added service offerings.

Feature vs price point can get expensive very quickly.

Overall, if you are looking for an extremely intuitive, inexpensive phone system solution 3CX is what you need. Their support is top-notch and the phone system itself is very easy to manage.

Pros

What I like most about 3CX is the ease of use. The interface is extremely intuitive and very user-friendly. Also, the install instructions are extremely easy and I was able to set up a virtual Debian server and install 3CX in under 30 minutes.

Cons

I wish 3CX offered time-based routing. It would be nice if you could designate the calls to go to certain places during certain times rather than having it strictly during hours and after hours. There are workaround for this, but it would be extremely convenient if it was built into the interface.

Overall, 3CX is user friendly. It is a fast, simple, and efficient way to organize communications within a business.

Pros

3CX makes instant-messaging, phone call answering/monitoring, and transferring calls so easy for our company! The software was easy for me to learn when I first started with the company, and it is vital to our every day tasks. I like how we can see on the web application when other employees are on another call and when our messages are delivered and read.

Cons

Sometimes, my 3CX mobile app is glitchy and causes the audio on calls to sound robotic or have lots of static in the background. This is an issue that only occurs sporadically.

### "Great to keep track of all calls"

Overall it's very good to use it, never had any interruptions while speaking with a client.

Pros

The App is very easy to install and to use. Calls are counted and conversations can be recorded. It really looks like a real phone.

Cons

In the past I encountered some issue with the call forwarding but the support team was very helpful and the issue was fixed super fast.

Utilizziamo 3CX come sistema di comunicazione unificata tutti i giorni. Lo usiamo come centralino con diversi interni e per fare conference video e webinar con i nostri clienti. Il sistema è molto semplice da configurare ed installare e in pochi minuti si è subito operativi. Ottima la App mobile che ci permette di rispondere da smartphone come se fossimo in ufficio.

Pros

qualità audio, video e delle comunicazioni eccellenti. Sistema stabile, facile da configurare ed intuitivo.

Cons

Non c'è la possibilità di cambiare lo sfondo durante le conference video. Spero aggiungano presto questa funzione.

### "Più che un centralino …"

siamo passati a 3CX per risolvere i nostri problemi di raggiungibilitá fuori sede. Lavorando con clienti e fornitori esteri siamo spesso fuori sede e grazie a 3CX e alla sua App possiamo ricevere le chiamate direttamente sullo smartphone come se fossimo in ufficio. Ottima la qualità delle chiamate anche con poco segnale. Usiamo molto la chat per comunicare tra noi e ci troviamo molto bene, anche se potrebbe essere migliorata. È veramente un ottimo prodotto ad un costo accessibile.

Pros

facilita d’uso, app mobile semplice ed intuitiva, qualità audio eccellente, stabilità del centralino.

Cons

Andrebbe migliorata la chat in quanto lenta e carente di molte funzioni

Not happy. Wasted my time testing this

Pros

Not much to say in the pro feature, unless you stay in America and can use the voip provided by 3CX to make and recieve calls there

Cons

Doesnt work well for South Africa. Expensive to use for own voip provider. Portal access issues. Customer support lacks.

Avevamo bisogno di un sistema per la comunicazione unificata in quanto disponevamo di un centralino tradizionale e di diversi software per video conference e supporto clienti. Abbiamo trovato in 3CX un ottimo prodotto per coprire tutte le nostre esigenze di comunicazione interna ed esterna. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pros

Semplicità di configurazione dei parametri del centralino e degli interni. App 3cx call flow per progettare gli instradamenti e gli autorisponditori comodissima e di facile utilizzo. App mobile veloce e con ottima qualità audio. Possibilità di registrare le sessioni video e di personalizzare lo sfondo della stanza.

Cons

Manca la possibilità di cambiare la sfondo durante le sessioni video, come già avviene per altri software di video conference.

### "Concernant 3CX"

J'utilise cette plateforme lors de certaine rencontre que j'ai avec des contacts clients en lien à l'instauration de plateforme. L'utilisation derrière nos rencontres est simple grâce à la 3CX et à aucun moment nous avons été limité dans notre utilisation. La fonctionnalité à pouvoir partager l'écran, converser visuellement, envoyer des documents au besoin. L'ensemble fonctionnement très certainement bien.

Pros

La simplicité de la plateforme en soit. L'ensemble est facile d'utilisation et il est pratiquement impossible de se tromper en souhaitant effectuer un action.

Cons

La connectivité aux rencontres. À plusieurs reprises, j'ai eu quelques difficultés à me connecter lors de mes rencontres. Il est vrai que ma connexion internet rencontre certaine lacune, mais aucune autre plateforme de conversation vidéo a eu tant de misère à garder une connexion stable.

### "Affordable switchboard "

Pros

It is a good and affordable option to have a full telephone switchboard managed and hosted by a company. All employees linked can send instant messages and you can see if a college is on the phone. It can be installed on my mobile to have my work phone with me not to miss a call when not at my desk.

Cons

We had some issues getting it installed on our server and for it to work with no maintenance. It was difficult to understand and the conference call feature do not always work as expected. Training is vital to understand the tool. Self training will not be the best in this case.

### "Affordable Phone System for Businesses of All Sizes"

Pros

3CX has all the features you would find in major brands of PBX systems with flexible deployment options for on-premise or cloud hosted systems. The system is very easy to setup and administer with training and certification available. 3CX has a large partner network and supports many brands of phones and gateways. The system is very affordable for smaller business and non-profit organizations. Security of calls is built-in which is very important when looking at VoIP telephone solutions. Apps for iOS, Android and Windows make connecting your mobile staff effortless by simply downloading the App and scanning a QR to provision the users extension.

Cons

Even though there are very useful reports built into the system there is no report for average SIP trunk usage and this is only able to be retrieved through the SIP trunk provider. Features are continually being added and this system is very stable so I cannot really say there are any cons.

### "My PBX of choice"

I host the PBX on my own server, I relatively pay nothing for my phone system and my calls. 3CX has also given me the ability to transfer calls, set up a receptionist, and have different extensions for employees.

Pros

This software is free and has all the features I need out of a PBX. I set up 3CX along with Flowroute, I've now saved my business about $200 a month switching from Vonage. 3CX has seamlessly connected my phones, I cannot function without it.

Cons

The learning curve on this software is hard, in the beginning I had to play around with the settings for many hours. There is also no customer support, instead only licensed businesses which charge a fortune to set up. At the end of the day, it just takes time to learn the system; once you get it, it's worth it.

### "3CX is useful, but setting it up has been hard"

Pros

My apartment complex does not intercom set up on every house, so the central simulates this communication using 3CX. It is very handy, since no physical installation had to be done to the apartment.

Cons

The setup depends on the configuration file sent by the central. It worked on the first use, but then, if you migrate to a new phone, then it needs to be set up again, instead of associating the configuration profile with an account the user can create and use in different devices.

As long as I am a teacher, I will have this application on my phone!

Pros

During the initial outbreak of Covid, we needed a way to contact families from our homes. It allowed us to do this without our cell number showing up on the caller id of parents. Even though I am at home using the app on my phone, the number that shows up when I call is my school phone number. It's genius!

Cons

It is very a very basic build and format, but works n beautifully.

### "your land phone, everywhere!"

I really satisfied with 3CX, also I love the support and how deployed updates. Zero downtime. Very recommended.

Pros

I'm heavy user of 3CX. It's a great solution for collaboration. I use a lot the softphone in Mac and Android and I can pick up phones call to my land number at any country. Works very well. No need big resources and very easy to deploy and configure.

Cons

Sometime a lost a calls in android softphone, but, it's rarely to happen to be honest.

Reason for choosing 3CX

Ease to use and configure. Very flexible and just adapt to my needs.
