Utilizziamo 3CX come sistema di comunicazione integrata collegato al CRM del gestionale tramite API.Lo utilizziamo per le chiamate, i webinar e le video conference. E' veramente un ottimo centralino e ci ha permesso di migliorare il sistema di comunicazione aziendale risparmiando anche economicamente.

Pros

semplicità di installazione e configurazione, App mobile con ottima qualità e stabilità audio, interfaccia di configurazione moderna e veloce. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons

al momento non ho trovato inconvenienti degni di segnalazione.

### "Everything you need in a virtual phone in a simple and easy interface"

I was a user of this application in a call center and my experience was very good, although sometimes I had to hang up was not very frequent, on the contrary the option of auto-answer is excellent to not lose incoming calls. The outgoing calls are very good and with great quality.

Pros

Its configuration is very simple, just a couple clicks and the information of your telephone server so that in a few minutes you are enjoying incoming calls, outgoing and sms. It also works perfectly for contact center.

Cons

The only disadvantage I have found is that sometimes the application crash and it is necessary to restart it. Also in the design of the interface the option to keep waiting is very close to that hangs up the call and it is very easy to make an error.

### "Make calls to landline numbers with 3cx"

cost benefits as making calls from a mobile device to a landline number is expensive in my country.

Pros

We use 3cx in the office to make local and international landline calls from our phones. The software is absolutely free! No licenses required. You just need to install a software on your mobile device and you are ready to go. I like this because in my country it is costly to make a landline call from a mobile number. So with 3cx the cost is not charged to my mobile number account. So we can make client calls or cold calls with ease

Cons

Sometimes we may be in remote areas to make a call. And if that is so, our internet connection sometimes drops and this will affect experience with the software. When this happens, we would need to rely on other means when making calls.

### "Un ottimo sistema di comunicazione unificata"

Grazie a 3CX finalmente abbiamo un unico sistema di comunicazione integrata. Lo utilizziamo come centralino VOIP, ma anche per le conference, per i Webinar e utilizziamo le integrazioni disponibili tramite API per collegarlo al nostro CRM incluso nel software gestionale. Veramente un sistema completo, economico e funzionale.

Pros

completezza delle funzionalità, semplicità di utilizzo e configurazione anche per scenari complessi, App mobile funzionale e veloce.

Cons

sarebbe utile poter cambiare lo sfondo durante le conference video

Tons of options and features, happy employees.

Pros

Flexibility, pricing, overall feature set, consistent updates. Company is somewhat reactive to feature request, so if something is missing they'll likely add it at some point.

Cons

Constant updates to software and sales price/strategy can be confusing. Support from 3CX direct can be lackluster, make sure you have a good dealer!

OVerall, it's a great product. Never had any issues.

Pros

What isn't there to like about 3CX? A free license gives you a lot of features. The console is easy to navigate, and call quality is great.

Cons

Can be a little tricky to get set up, best to get friendly with the networking team to troubleshoot any issues

Pros

we recently intsalled this for our call centre to help with our customer service team. It has been such an asset in ensuring accountability in the team and in handling the large number of calls that we expected. Through recording calls we have been able to gauge client reviews and improve our customer service approach.

we needed an option with automatic phone records and with this we have to hit record after picking up a call

Nel nostro settore lavoriamo spesso in mobilità e fino ad oggi abbiamo utilizzato sempre la telefonia mobile con il rischio che i nostri clienti potevano chiamarci a qualsiasi ora. Grazie a 3CX adesso i clienti chiamano unicamente sul numero aziendale e le chiamate ci vengono inoltrare sulla App anche se non siamo in azienda. Ottima la funzione per la gestione dei webinar e delle conference video.

Pros

possibilità di utilizzarlo ovunque anche su smartphone, funzione webinar, possibilità di registrare le conversazioni e i webinar, software per la gestione degli instradamenti completo e di semplice utilizzo.

Cons

Manca la possibilità di cambiare lo sfondo durante la conference per chi lavora in smart working

### "Inexpensive phone software for Windows and Linux"

Pros

Going into a phone system w/o much knowledge of VOIP systems, I found 3CX to be very intuitive and easy to learn. The pricing between it and our SIP provider allowed us to save in the first year of using it. 3CX, as a company, is quick to release solid patches and new versions.

Cons

Some features, like texting, would be nice to have, but this is really grasping at straws. The menu system for configuration has been "flattened", which does make it more difficult to navigate.

Great, ease of use, cost savings and mobility is the ticket in the modern world

Pros

Works awesome for busy people of of the office who can't be tied to a phone. The app is the most intuitive I have seen, i have been doing phone work for years and whish it was around a long time ago

Cons

The new app is missing some features of the old app that was handy like exit&ignore push. I figured a workaround but it also changed the status on your desk phone

Regarding the exit without push, you can either long press on the account and click "deactivate" or you can check this link https://www.3cx.com/docs/android-app-faq/#h.lcteeu5yq5kd which allows you to perform a one-time configuration that configures 1 status with push enabled and another "Available" Status but this time with push disabled. So when you want to perform the "Exit without push" in the new app, you simply toggle to the profile status that has push disabled.

I've been using and acting as an admin for several 3CX systems over the last 4 years. The cost savings are great, and their support is top notch. The system works, and their evolution of the product is great.

Pros

3CX gives you a robust platform for phone service for a fraction of other traditional PBX systems. They also give you options for hosting, or to host your own instance of the software. The feature set for 3CX is the same if not better than you will find with other PBX systems. They are always updating their feature set, and have an active community of users who offer suggestions for features that they make happen.

Cons

The licensing model has changed recently and can be tricky to figure out, but once you do it's easy to know what to do.

Pros

I think that the call recording is very useful, we have had to listen to recordings multiple times for different scenarios and it has always come in handy. I love that all of our voicemails come directly to our email address, because we are able to check for new ones frequently throughout the day.

Cons

The only complaint I have about this software is the messaging feature, the messages only come to one computer so if that computer is not routinely monitored the messages never get read.

Pros

This software is lightweight, full featured and it works really well for the money. They've done a great job in adding features all the time.

Cons

Recently they've been adding too many updates too quickly which has caused some unneeded glitches. They have fairly quick response time.

Pros

Have been using this BXP for a year now. Took them up first on their 1 year free hosting plan, then moved to a on site server. Very easy to setup (both times) and configure. Lots of options and more on paid plans. Version 16 currently on Beta stage and new functionalities are awesome.

Cons

3CX does not sell directly to the consumer, we have to purchase through 3rd party provider. Can be a pain to go to that route (depending on the supplier).

### "Awesome tool for extension lines"

Pros

We basically use this program to add extension lines to our dialer, that way we dont missed calls and it worked. You are able to put voice message, call waiting, call forward and other features that are minor importance. Very user friendly when placing calls, and also you can get reports and statistics for a call.

Cons

Configuration must be done by a pro, this cannot be configured by someone who doesn't know about VOIP systems. There was one time that the program crashed and setting were rebooted, so we had to wait until the next to day for the IT guy to help us configure it again.
