It's really fast and easy to use once it's set up. Even if you have a small team I'd use it for the calling.

Pros

This works really well for additional phone numbers in case you have different businesses you want to set up different lines and voicemail for.

Cons

Setting it up was a little tough with the SIP / PBX provider.

It's just easy to use and set-up. Simple as that.

Pros

Easy to use and to setup, and works without having to poke around in the configuration settings. I use it with multiple VoIP providers which each have their own idiosyncrasies, and they all work seamlessly.

Cons

On a Mac I would like to be able to hide it to the system menu. It would be nice if the licence supported use on both Windows and MacOS so that I could use it in Boot Camp too. The software is very clean and has a fairly intuitive interface, but some may prefer to be able to customise it a bit more.

We get more call stats than before, and Bria integrates with our CRM, Zoho.

Pros

Calling capability and reliability is super easy. We've never had tech problems and the software is easy to use.

Cons

Getting data and statistics can be complicated. The managerial side has a lot of features and includes a big learning curve. We still don't know how to get certain #s off of Bria that we are interested in.

Pros

Bria is great - it's pretty easy to install and re-install as needed. We all work remotely 3-4 days a week and Bria allows us to maintain connected to our phones and customers without needing anything more than a laptop.

Cons

Occasionally the app can be glitchy and calls do drop from time to time, but it is hard to say if that's a Bria issue or a general customer issue.

Pros

Easy to login and retrieve messages, messages are also forwarded via email so you don't forget to check. Recent history of calls is useful and ability to return a call from the history list.

Cons

When checking voicemail messages, I get to a point when I have listened to a message and saved it for later - the option to move to the next message is no longer available and I have to hang up and dial back into the system. Would like History to go back further than 2 weeks - at least 45 days would be great.

Pros

Easy to install, quick to get going every day. Great replacement for a hard phone and works well with my VOIP service

Cons

Some tool tips would be helpful on interface. Not obvious at first how to transfer a call. Would be great to be able to customize interface

Pros

We use Bria for our call center and is a great software. Easy to use. I love the fact that im able to see which agents are online and taking calls.

Cons

instant messaging feature does not work. other than that software is great and works properly to company standards

i don't need a normal phone right more. I can call customers right out of my ERP System. Makes work much more comfortable

i need google sync, so that i can integrate my google contacts. and second thing, give calls to the next person should be easier

It's a nice VoIP app with amazing features. It is pretty easy to setup. Audio quality is great. Having used the trial version, i might consider going for the Pro version...I like the ease of use, and the interface is simplified.

I just wish the free trial period can be extended so I can explore more.

Pros

After a long softphone software analysis, our team finally got to the conclusion that there's nothing like Bria. It makes your phone system 10x easier. The best part of everything is being able to have a high quality phone call, keeping track of your calls on something else then the VoIP software as well and don't even get me started on the ease of use- it's brilliant!

Cons

I can only say that the downside of Bria is how expensive every license is. It's not accessible to small businesses.

If it was actually working without the tremendous crashes I may like it. I think Counterpath should go back to the drawing board in developing this app.

Cons

Support and lack of operation and the constant crashes. There is no phone support available and email support is unresponsive.

It is easy downloadable in the xlite website. It is easy to use. A lot of my agents in my previous homebased company were using this type of dialer

Sometimes my agents cannot hear the people their talking to and sometimes my agents cannot be heard by their customers

I have been using this software for over 2 months and it is easy to use and has great quality for inbound calls. I love it!!

Cons

SOmetimes connection gets bad and all of a sudden line gets disconnected I have to call the customer back

Wish I could set up the account withint the desktop app instead of in a separate account login.

Pros

I like that this is a relatively light application that performs well even on inconsistent wifi connections.

Cons

It can be a little daunting trying to set this up - make sure you have help from your VoIP or SIP support team.

It did work

Pros

Good pricing (Bria retail), easy, design, Windows but also other os. Easy video integration. Webpage integration.

Cons

New stretto model because of the monthly fee. Mobile version is changed with a monthly fee as well. No virtual lan available, that world be very handy for easy qos settings

The ability to turn my iPhone into a roaming telephone extension has been highly valuable. Works just like my desktop phone.

Cons

Doesn't work well with a VPN connection. For this to work without issues, you have to be on the same local WiFi network as the VoiP server.

Pros

It's pretty simple a monkey could figure out how to point and click and make calls. Maybe ok for 1-10 people organization.

Cons

Slow, no call back feature and multiple calls are a nightmare. We set up extensions which we virtually useless as calls never went to the right person.

Pros

It's easy to use except that sometimes the red button does not come up, and I am unable to disengage from the call.

Cons

sometimes the red button does not come up, and I am unable to disengage from the call. This is very aggravating and can be embarassing. I have to to go on manager to get out of it, which is a super hassle. There must be some bug in the program which is causing that to happen.
