Wir konnten nirgends die SIP-Daten eingeben. Aktuell nutzen wir Zoiper, da klappt alles ganz einfach.

Pros

Wäre schön, wenn es einen Support geben würde - aber der "support" schreibt nur, dass sie nur Hersteller der App sind und keinen Anwendern helfen.

Wäre schön, wenn es einen Support geben würde - aber der "support" schreibt nur, dass sie nur Hersteller der App sind und keinen Anwendern helfen. Jetzt müssen wir darum kämpfen, dass wir unsere 100,- € wieder bekommen - und der "Service" wird schon langsam pampig und verweist auf "Suubscriotion terms"

Pros

This cell phone provides consistent high-quality phone calls. It doesn't crash like my previous one would on multiple colors are dialing me. I'm very happy with it.

Cons

Footprint of the program when opened on the computer screen is too big. I really wish that you could make it smaller.

Pros

Can be used with multiple types of devices, e.g. Computers, mobile phones Has friendly User Interface hence very user friendly.

Cons

For users without Administrative privileges the application at times fails to start on reboot and may require re-installation. (for Windows PCs)

Pros

When I needed to call people using just my computer, it was a useful software that got the job done!

Cons

It wasn't the most intuitive piece of software to use, and some of the features were a bit confusing.

### "Useful product to make a call using VOIP service"

Pros

CSR is a great service when I need to make a call for the work and I can call to any countries in the world with very ease

Cons

Sometime I feel frustration with desktop app as when I click any number it get printed 2-3 times and it takes times to enter the right number

Pros

\- Some happy features to adjust to get a lot of compatibilities. - We can log the messages and errors that help to improve the systems which the software connects.

Cons

\- Some times when the internet its down the software still to, and its not a good idea when the systems are only for use internally. - Maybe it´s god idea to put a button o some procedure to restore to default values.
