"Simple and Reliable Softphone"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with Zoiper has been positive. It’s reliable for making and receiving calls, easy to configure with SIP accounts, and the call quality is generally good. While the design could be more modern and some features are locked behind the paid version, it does exactly what I need without unnecessary complications.

**Pros:** What I liked most about Zoiper is that it’s really easy to set up and use. The interface is straightforward, it connects quickly to SIP accounts, and the call quality is usually very reliable. It saves me time compared to other softphones that feel more complicated.

**Cons:** What I liked least is that some of the more useful features are only available in the paid version. Also, the interface, while simple, feels a bit outdated compared to other modern communication apps.

"nice if it works but the setup is insane "

**Pros:** definitely not the setup. The functions are okay.

**Cons:** To set it up you need different data like your sip information. But then there is not a single instruction that you can follow if it doesn't work. You will also get zero support from zoiper.
