As we operate in the design world we needed a site that reflected our personal style - previous attempts to translate this to website designers had been disappointing and frustrating. Pros Being able to upload material with ease, and having some good tools to personalise the look and feel of the site. Cons There have been a few looks I haven't been able to nail, but in most cases I have found a work-around that I've come to enjoy. Will look forward to new features as they are added. Thank you! I had a few problems with the initial set up - mainly due to changing our preference of web addresses - we had 2 and wanted to make the secondary address the main address for the new site. Most issues due to my tech limitations, but the Rocketspark Team were great in getting me back on track. Much appreciated. I found it extremely easy to establish and effective website simply by following the templates provided. Cons The inability to copy and paste into the website was time consuming as you need to type into the template. Pros I love that I can edit my own website at any time, without having to ring a company to make the changes for me. Great when we want to add new photos or deals on our website. I like that the website was quite simple to set up even through we had never done it before. Rocketspark are always helpful when I have enquiries and have friendly staff to talk to if I ever have any questions. Also it's very easy to contact them via the online messaging system. Cons We would love the option of drop down menus as we have lots of sub-categories that we would like to have a page dedicated to. Sales Manager Building Materials Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great user friendly software for novice web designer" December 17, 2019 5.0 Our business used to have a website that was controlled by a third party, now we have designed an up to date new one using Rocketspark with relative ease and have the added benefit of being able to easily manage and update the website in house on a regular basis, as well as monitor the website statistics and google analytics etc. Great overall result. Pros Ease of use & intuitive design. The get found / seo section of the website is fantastic. I was also able to add code blocs for embedding brochures with a simple copy and paste (I know nothing about coding!) We are only a small construction business, but were keen to have a small online presence of our own, nothing to complicated, which allowed customers to know what we did, I didnt want to pay too much for this type of advertising, so being able to do it by myself was a bonus. And while some areas were a little difficult, a bit of trial and error was great. Pros It is a NZ company, I orginally was looking at Wix, I did some research of fellow businesses and saw that they used this product, so I investigated and was pleasantly surprised with what Rocketspark had to offer Cons Sometimes adding things can be a bit frustrating, but I got their in the end Review Source AT Andrew T. And using this software was amazingly simple to get a design I am very proud of. I truly believe that with a bit of time, anyone could make a professional website using Rocketspark. Highly recommend. Pros I loved how easy to use it is! The drag and drop functionality, exceptional support, clean designs. Everything you are trying to find is usually in the most obvious place to find it. Made designing a site so easy.
